They immediately found the issue (stick of ram was not inserted properly) and were kind enough to explain how some of the components work. Gave me advice on updating and offered, without pressuring me, to have them do the updating for a very reasonable fee and timeframe. I declined but was very satisfied with the level of expertise and friendliness of their staff. I would highly recommend coming here!”
“So Happy I discovered this place from another peers recommendation. Our IT company has been struggling to find a reliable and knowledgeable resource for our Dell Server disk needs (we oversee some 700+ Dell servers). Other companies in the third party Server Supply space have sucked (selling used sketchy stuff), and this is where DiscTech has been a breath of fresh air. On my first call in about a complicated SAN storage need, the person that answered the phone (Val at ext. 104) was super knowledgeable, willing to engage, and helped us find a solution. Great follow-up and the pricing was a fraction of what Dell is currently charging directly today. Parts arrived on schedule 2 days later. I rarely take time to do an online review, but Val earned it for DiscTech. Well done.”

“IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE AND DONE WELL, TAKE IT TO CRYWOLF!!!My Macbook Air was COMPLETELY dead. Even Apple wasn't able to restore or revive my computer and was pricing my repair at 500$. I thought my data and computer was a goner and as a college student, 500$ isn't something that I just had lying around. My dad recommended me to Crywolf after his iMac was told by Apple it would never work again but this company was able to fix it. So I decided to take my computer in and I am so happy I did. The employees at Crywolf are friendly and super helpful! They took my computer and within a weekend they were able to not only turn on my computer but allll of my data was still on it AND it only cost 199$. They not only cleaned my computer and revived it but also installed malware protection software. Im so incredibly thankful. They had phenomenal service and they are just all around great people! If Apple told you they couldnt fix it or they can but for a pretty penny, do yourself a favor and call Crywolf.”

“Under promised, over delivered! I decided that printing a few hundred pages of a download digital operating handbook was too tedious and time consuming task than worth my limited time. On a whim I hit up Google as to whether or not there was a place in which I could upload the manual , have it printed for me and pick up in person. I landed on Office Depot and that was a business blessing in disguise! The process was simple, easy and seamless. Within minutes my manual was uploaded, order paid for and a confirmation that my order would be ready on Monday (in two days). The amazing team at my local Office Depot apparently tackled my order as soon as they came in on Sunday morning and I received a "ready for pick up" notification at 11:28 a.m. WOW, what a great turnaround time. Additionally, the print and paper quality, along with the binding, by far exceeded my expectations. Great job Office Depot team!”

“Charles, thank you so much for making me feel welcomed, seen and more. It was my first time going to an Office Depot, I needed something laminated. I wasn't aware you had to sign in on a computer for service. Upon arrival none of the managers on duty, took it upon themselves to help me, nor welcome me in. As soon as Charles realized I was there, after about 10-15 minutes, he asked me if I needed help , and then explained to me, that I have to sign in on the computer. And was the one to help me, he's great. And I truly feel like he should be a supervisor or a key player in the training of future employees, thank you once again , Charles.”

I live in North Park and had such a phenomenally good experience over the course of several days with Ian and Mike (the sales manager) that I will drive there from now on. Both were highly competent and professional, What really lifted them way above and beyond was their sincere friendliness and cheerful willingness to bend over backwards to make sure I and other customers have an outstanding experience.
Mike and Ian are reopening the store after renovations from the fire. These guys deserve all the business you can bring them.
BTW, Mike said of Ian that if he had four more Ian’s, he could put his competitors out of business. I believe him.”
