“This location answers the phone! I picked up a car at the El Cajon location where there were 3 employees working. I reconsidered after about 10 minutes when I realize the car I picked up was too small for my family vacation. I called back the El Cajon location and it just rang and rang. I called Escondido in Poway and they had no available cars. When I got a hold of this location, she had a bigger option for me and I exchanged it with no issues. Her service was wonderful even though she was working alone. She was responsive and kind. I wish I could remember her name.”
