“Everyone at Joe's Automotive, were very nice, honest and helpful. took my car for a diagnostic to see why it was acting up, unfortunately it was the transmission. Referred me to a transmission specialty shop and waved me the diagnostic charge. I would definitely return for any future car issues. Appreciated his honesty as it could of been a number of things that he could of charged me for, but he was honest and told me exactly the problem. Although bummed out, I appreciated knowing that the issue was major and not to be driving the car as it could stop working at any moment and cause a major accident on the roads harming myself and others.
