This location is stocked up, always plenty of sport drinks and 20oz bottled sodas. Slurpee area looks great. The trash cans are not overfull. Thank you to the staff for keeping it looking nice.

The morning and afternoon even the normal evening staff is amazing! There is a new hire named Mike who does not know what he is doing and his customer service skills are extremely rude. I will be driving down to the 7-Eleven by Vons to avoid him. He consistently four visits in a row vetoed me being able to type in my rewards number. A customer after me tried to use theirs and he did not even know how to let them use it. He needs more training or to find another job. Completely ruined my favorite 7-Eleven nighttime experience. I suggest he meets with a higher up to learn about customer service and how to positively treat kind customers. He is inappropriately rude and untrained. Will be taking business elsewhere.

One of the ladies clerks in the mornings is super kind and friendly! Sometimes Ill drive a little further out to this store because it is clean and no homeless outside like the 7/11 closer to my house. And a very convenient gas station! Great store & great location

Zero deceptive practices. Few will feel any sympathy for my situation. It's like a fat guy that eats all his meals at a fast food restaurant then sues because he's overweight. I don't smoke, I thought I'd buy a couple of packs for a special person in my world (it's Christmas). I stop in at 7/11 @ 10049 Campo Road in Casa de Oro located the brand noted they were $12.65 +/- a dime plus tax. I questioned the high price, last time I was aware of cigarette prices they were $8. The cashier said it was a new tax that just went into effect (I don't know I don't smoke) I bought the explanation and purchased the cigarettes. I was curious (a bit late) and stopped at a liquor store to check their prices $9.45 plus tax (I bought 2). I returned to the 7/11 attempted to return the cigarettes and was denied my request. I was informed store policy....etc and come back and see the manager (Cathy maybe Kathy) tomorrow. I contend this is just low life deceptive practice.

I got yelled at for parking near their glacier machine and told its no parking but there isn't a sign that says anything about not being able to park by or close to there. I came here for every 7 11 need now I'm not going to waste even a buck 50 now.

Couldn't get the reciept from the outside machine so I had to walk in, I didn't have a mask on me and the lady explained it to me sharply that I need a mask. I live a cross the street so I drove home and picked up my mask. Drove back to the 7/11 store and while I was waiting for the lady to print my gas receipt, a customer walked into the store with NO mask asking for a drink from the fountain machine and she tottaly served him. I asked her, why she served him without a mask? And the woman answered: don't raise your voice on me. It's not your bussiness.

I have been coming here lately for their iced tea for my Boozy AKA Spiked home made Arnold Palmers. They always have a stock of the teas, sodas, and other bubblies. Now since social distancing, theres marked on the ground, the workers wear mask with face proactive gear and they have plastic dividers. Good for them as essential workers to help them safe. The staffs still friendly so don't get offended if they put your cash on the counter and quick to hand you some coins. They are taking all the precautions with this pandemic. Oh and it you want a Big Gulp, they have ya covered but they will serve you. FYI there's no longer a public bathroom but they got gas and water for your gallons to be refilled.
