Im normally not one to write poor reviews but i Went in this afternoon 5-8-24. The lady behind the counter was pressing the guy in line to join the rewards program. As I walk up she says something to the guy about it could have been free if you put in your email address. I set me stuff down and she asks me if I have rewards I told her no I normally don't stop at 7-11. She keeps pressing me to join I declined and was upset with me about it.

Everytime I come here they’re always closed he just be staring at me, overnight you always get a break, not a lot a people come in at 2 or 3 so the fact that all are always locking up just to mop is just pure laziness

I went into the store March the 18th am gave the attendant a ticket my wife now tells me was nworth twenty thousand dollars an the clerk omli gave me five dollars no she tells me hell to the no tomorrow I'm going back an get my bread or dead I am trying not to trip but frfr I've been to prison for a lot less

Nice place. I was able to get blueberry coffee. First time having that type of coffee. It's good too. Good customer service here too.

Came in to get an Amazon package from the locker. I told the Indian looking heavy set guy. He helped me out. Then this black heavy set lady comes in ranting about something not being stocked. She’s an employee. Then after that she comes at me and gets upset at me and gives me the hand? So PATHETIC! She wants to go off on me? Ignorant as heck!

The iceey overflow and we clean it up, there was some left on the floor, we ask her if she could mop it, she told us to clean it up even tho she was mopping, very rude

I go here literally every day, and The cashiers are so sweet and so helpful. They work so freaking hard especially in this heat wave. It may seem like there's air-conditioning in there at all times, but they do have to stand next to those ovens that are blasting hot air & it's unbearable behind the counter but everyone who works here are absolutely amazing

Went in this am as usual for a big gulp and a fellow customer inquired with staff about an iced coffee price as compared to another 7-11. Different prices at both stores. Stacy and Angelina went way above the call of duty as the guest was heading back out the door to leave. They both offered to buy this guest and her companion an iced coffee. She hesitated and declined the offer but excepted the offer after thinking about it. These 2 ladies excelled at making a guest happy and set a new standard to customer service as they paid for the guests coffee right on the spot. These ladies should be commended for exceeding expectations putting guests 1st because they love their customers.

Each visit in the States, ,I go to 7/11 because I absolutely love their coffee and 99% of the staff that work in any 7/11, most especially at this one location on Spring Street, Stacy welcomes her client with a beautiful smile and even though I was somewhat off this morning. Stacy put sunshine in my day, she seem to have a nice word for each of her customers. Unlike the other employee who worked there at the time who didn't even acknowledged me or had eye contact with me.So in all, I wanted to say thank you to Stacy, you made my day.

KEEP DRIVING! I will always drive miles out of my way than come back to this 7-11. The Black girl that is ALWAYS there always has this major attitude and treats you she's being inconvenienced by customers. There's always an eye roll and permanent sour face. I'll go to the 7-11 on University where the actually say hello and don't look like they hate their life.
