Coffee is always old and burnt. Today, they refused to make a fresh pot of Regular coffee. They had Colombian, and Decaf. I wanted regular. Clerk told me to drink the Colombian. HAHAHA!!!

Terrible service. Ordered from the 7NOW app and the driver came and could not find my address and when I called to tell them. Where to come he did not speak English well. Could not understand what I was saying and when he decided he could not understand he put the phone down. This is unacceptable

ROACHES ROACHES IN THE HOT FOODRude, and racist establishment. If possible avoid this place at all cost. I saw roaches in the hot food section, I asked the cashier to take care of the food he said it’s not his problem. Please avoid this place at all cost. Then when I walked back in to tell him he’s going to make people sick he got aggressive and started slapping the desk.

Love this 7-Eleven!! Always greeted by the staff, and we always look forward to the friendly banter with Belete. Gotta say, the man’s the crown jewel of the place! Makes a little stop at 7-Eleven super fun and even something to look forward to. They will always make sure they have stuff in stock I like as well, and if they don’t have something they’ll usually order it. Thanks all of you for being awesome!

Went to this location to get a iced coffee. While I was there they had advertised 3 hot items for $3.00 so I order them. When it was time to ring up the hot items it came up as $6.00 . I asked him what about the 3 for $3.00 . His response was sorry I don't know and then mumbled something under his breath. I just paid for the stuff and left. I never will go back to this location.

Not sure what’s going on with their deals? They staple over numbers on their drinks, I’ve gone to other 711 with the regular sticker price not one staple over. Seem like they want to gauge you for more money.

DO NOT BUY LOTTO TICKETS HERE. 5 times now my husband has bought lotto tickets and the same guy at the counter has scammed us. We specifically say $8 in tickets and he will ring us for 8 tickets that are 2 dollars each. So that is $16 dollars. So he's making double what we asked for. The first few times it was annoying. But after the 3rd and 4th time we were catching on and getting angry. After this last 5th time my husband confronted him about what he was doing and the guy just smiled at him. I think we'll look into reporting this. But if he's doing something this brazen, I can only image that other shady things are going on. Shame on you for trying to make a few extra bucks this way off you customers.
