Guy was total jerk worst 7 eleven ever. Had a refill cup was dirty guy tried charging me 3.80 for a big gulp!!! Never in my life have I payed that much for a big gulp. Cant put zero stars

Just came here on feb 10, 2024 at around 2am and used my card. The next day when I tried using my card my whole account was drained. Making a police report now.

Not sure what the deal is but this store intentionally skips the rewards so you can't redeem it. Dude watched me type in my number , put my card in then when I reached for the screen again to redeem he skipped it intentionally...

Just came here on feb 10, 2024 at around 2am and used my ebt car the next day when I tried using my ebt card my whole account was drained. I know this situation had to be caused by this place. Especially since it was the last spot I used it at. Making a police report now.

Staff is hostile there. Simple mistake they get angry especially the lady working there. The customer service are very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place.

Just recently went to the 7eleven and the new guy who’s working tonight wasn’t kind and friendly plus he denied a pregnant woman pizza and do you know how it feels when you have a craving and it’s not been satisfied just cause the guy was to lazy to prepare it other than that I like the rest of the staff and that store

Worst 7-Eleven customer service in my entire life. I seriously thought I was in the ghetto. Cashier Hispanic woman talking to her coworker the ENTIRE Time!!! It took 5 minutes to ring up one person with 3 cans of soda. Then talking and giving him change, oh and then asking him if he wants a bag. When I went up I was like" wow!" And she said, "what? All ghetto hood rat! She looks at her friend and says, "you know what I do right?" I said, "you take longer to ring me up for one Big Gulp." ""Yep! And she told me" not to come back!!!" No worries! Bye Felicia!

The night time clerk is the worst. His name is Jon. Wanna an example of terrible customer service, go here at night. Registers are mostly down. So cash only in a digital world is counter productive. Go elsewhere.

That older black gentleman is the ABSOLUTE WORST guy to go to. Extremely rude, yells at you and refuses $100 bills. Always says to wait outside because he’s on break but then goes to open the door for someone else. I believe his name is Jon. Don’t go here

About a year ago me and my husband got there to get some beer but we were harassed by African American male cashier and drunk lady, that was mopping the floor, named Rosi. They refused to sell a beer to us because as they said passport isn't our ID. Rosi was yelling as an insane "You are the b******** Your wife is a b***** throwing a mop at me and was about to fight with me because I had no drivers license. The next day I found the owner of this store, talked to him, showed a video of his drunk employee harassing me, he apologized and said he will talk to his employees and explain to them that passport is a legal ID that can be used to purchase alcohol. We came there yesterday, nothing has been changed. Same African American male throwing my passport and refusing selling a beer. Good job guys!
