Don't let the negative comments mislead you. I have been a 24hr member since 2008, and this is one of the cleanest and most well maintained facilities that I have been to. Moved to rancho beginning of 2024, and this location always has working machines, clean facilities, and friendly staff.

Wow... should've checked the reviews about this location before hand. First and last time visiting this location. I tried this location because it's a little closer to my house than the one I normally go to. Did my work put, got my sauna time in. Cool.
I'm unwinding in the locker room before I go in the shower. Little did I know that, even though it's a "24hr Fitness" they close at 10pm. I'm rushing through my shower and get out right at 10. Then a woman's voice screams "Gym's closed!!" . In response I say "sorry, first time at this location" to which she replied "I don't care!". Then had the AUDACITY to share me down as I left! Looks like I'll just stick to my regular location.

I used to belong to this gym but cancelled my membership becuase it's rundown and in need of a complete remodel. The lockerrooms, and pool areas are old, musty, and nasty. No amount of cleaning will help.. this gym needs to be REMODELED. This used to be the nicest location in East County 15 years ago.. but now it's the worst. Hopefully it's next on the list for a complete remodel. The neighborhood is the only good thing left about going to this gym.

Well all the horrible front desk reviews are true - when will they change? Very rude front desk "manager" experience on Monday, 1/29 around 10am (older lady, glasses, dark hair, wearing 49er jersey) giving attitude and speaking down on me. I've been coming here with my partner for over a month and have signed up as a buddy multiple times in the system and every time we come they say i am not registered. Obviously this is frustrating to keep having to sign up every time and the manager gave ME attitude when HER staff and gym are in the wrong and not taking care of things properly. She made it a point she is the manager and I laughed because the audacity to say that proudly when you are acting with POOR customer service. Anyways, I will continue coming to this gym as I enjoy it and dont need attitude or troubles when I am there to get a peaceful workout in. Hate to give bad reviews but maybe this will catch their attention and change their customer service? Lets see...

Here goes my review from being a 5 year customer working out at 24 hour fitness in horrible rancho San Diego. First off beware of the people who work behind the front desk. Especially Stacey and that rude district manager Ericka. I wanna let you guys know they profile and are racist towards middle eastern and black people. An altercation has occurred where I have been followed/harassed by fitness members and have filed complaints multiple times relating to these incidents. They have not even taken a look or even viewed my reports. Today I received an email stating my membership has been revoked for 3 years due to my "behavior". Let's talk about behavior. When I called on the phone to figure out why they did that the front desk receptionist cussed me out on the phone and hung up in my face the dike with the blue eyes. Then the district manager began to call me to explain the issue of what went down and began to curse and use racial slurs on the phone towards me. I'm beyond frustrated and will be having a legal team reaching out to you guys. This place is a scam and if you're not known by the employees or managers beware because they will treat you with disrespect. In all everything was recorded with altercations inside the gym. I recommend no one to use this gym and BEWARE!!!!

Clueless staff and the front desk guy who's Hispanic has a bad attitude. I'm glad this isn't my regular 24 Hour Fitness.
