Don't let the negative comments mislead you. I have been a 24hr member since 2008, and this is one of the cleanest and most well maintained facilities that I have been to. Moved to rancho beginning of 2024, and this location always has working machines, clean facilities, and friendly staff.

Would be nice if it was a 24/7 gym but don't get me wrong I do enjoy this place.

It’s a decent 24hr fitness. Despite some reviews it’s actually cleaner than some other clubs *cough “College Grove”*.It seems to serve the local community quite well ( older folks)It’s busiest times are 8-11am and 4-7pm M-F, Saturdays are wildcards and Sunday’s is when the crowd is gone.
