Wow! I can't believe I'm even writing this. This man could have given me the finger and I would have been less offended. I was trying to buy some supplies to ship an item. Asked if I could get a box. He glanced up from behind his computer, shushed me away and looked back down. I said pardon me. He ignored me. I said excuse me in a little louder voice. He looked up again grunted shushed me away and looked back down. Blown away how horrible this place is. I see UPS is responded to a couple of the comments that had the same experience but nothing has changed. So avoiding UPS is now my new standard

I just needed to close my box with a little bit of tape to drop it off with a prepaid label. The guy told me that if it is not ready, go to another place. He didn't offer any shipping supplies, not even selling. Thank you for your help, keep playing minesweeper in the computer

These people are the rudest people I've ever met. The fact that Ralph is even letting them be associated with them is a shame. I'm upset I have to put at least one star. It would be zero stars. They would owe me stars. What a joke of a business.

The man who served us had the worst attitude you can imagine. It was a simple thing, we left the package, he scanned the code for us, and then put the package into the dropbox, but he refused to serve us, no matter how we gave him the package, he refused to accept it, and asked us to go to another ups drop off point to deliver the package. Don't come here! It will only waste your time. If any ups management sees this comment, please kindly manage the human resource or close this drop off point to prevent more customers from wasting unnecessary time.

The man who works there is one of the most rude people I’ve ever met. Both me and my husband have gone on multiple occasions to either ask questions or for services. Every single time, he won’t even get up from his seat and will ignore you until you have to ask him multiple times. Then, when you finally have his attention, all he wants to say is ‘I don’t know.’ Save your time, go somewhere else.
