Even though not packaging stuff for mail service may be normal BUT their attitude towards this is unpleasant.And tapes there are expensive. Bring your own if you wanna use UPS service there

Ran out of space for even small packages, all I have to do is ship a package that already has a label and is the size of a phone box. This is the second store I’ve been to. Can’t seem to do it with UPS. An hour of time wasted. These CVS locations are useless. Don’t waste your time. Better yet, don’t use UPS

Inside CVS, last register. Wasn’t sure this was the place, I initially walked around the entire building. Came back into CVS after calling the phone number to ask, the nice lady told me to go to the last register with Tony. Tony made sure my package was steady to ship (I had tape so he suggested I add a bit more to secure the label). He scanned my package and took my email to get the receipt. Easy peasy. Based on this experience, I would do use their UPS access point again.
