Horrible service! Tried sending a simple package to Canada and cliche Govt Worker “they” didn’t give me any customs forms so can’t help you. Maybe go to another office or come back tomorrow. I always wonder who “they” are that alleviates any personal responsibility.

please do not waste ur time at this post office. the female worker did not let me ship a package because it was 4 ounces above the weight limit on the shipping label i affixed (never have i had issues using the smallest label and weight limit before at any post office except with this lady).another time i went her colleague had no issues sending out my package even with my prepaid labels of differing weights, he didn’t even bother weighing them so it was quick and easy. however since then when visiting this post office she also made me buy tape and didn’t ship two packages since they were slightly overweight (with fully prepaid shipping labels and 2inch scotch tape). basically i have to go back to the customers who bought the packages and provide them with a full refund, and make them buy everything again with a slightly higher shipping price because of this one worker! avoid the hassle and go somewhere else, post office in new jersey arent even this uptight.

All the other reviews have said it already but this woman, the one with the glasses, is so bad it's worth saying again. She will not let you send a package if the box is even slightly bulging. She will not let you send it if she thinks there's something loose inside. She will not print a label using a QR code, even though the code says to print at the USPS. I watched her give every single customer that came in a hard time. I don't think she accepted a single person's package. To the USPS, I hope you know she is wasting so many of your boxes because I saw every person repacking their packages, and wasting so much time because the line took so long when people argued. The man who usually works here is really nice and helpful, but run away if you see the woman.

Disgusting local post office that is filthy and in need of being either refurbished or demolished and a new branch built.
Additionally some USPS employees conduct is seemingly inappropriate to downright deplorable.
Suggest going to next closest post office to conduct your business or use mobility services. Alternatively if sending packages consider using private shipping couriers (eg FedEx or UPS).
Time was your local USPS employees took pride in their work but that appears absent here.

Their service and attitude were so bad when I asked them just simple questions, the old white women at the front desk did not dare to give any advice. When I hand her my package she’s mad about how I label it wrong, with obvious discriminatory facial expression, when she did not care to gave me any advice as I asked for how to label it.

Terrible experience with the female employee at this USPS. She was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to go out of her way to be difficult. Her irresponsible behavior and poor attitude are inexcusable.

The female worker is rude and unprofessional. I brought 15 packages to send and she refuses to serve me, saying there is a policy no customer more than 10 packages will be accepted. I looked through online and usps websites, found there is no any policy about the number of packages. After telling her, she asked me to leave and call the security. It’s humiliating!!!
Besides, I lost several packages in the past month at this branch. I don’t know why.

The customer service at this USPS location is awful, especially from the female employee. She is irresponsible, has a bad attitude, and goes out of her way to be uncooperative. It's clear she enjoys making things difficult for customers.

The female employee at this USPS branch is extremely unprofessional and has a very bad attitude. She was uncooperative and rude, making it clear she didn't want to help customers. Her behavior is disgraceful and needs to be dealt with.

Their unprofessional behavior and suspicious looks are all very concerning. Something is wrong with their management that allows this to happen. it's not justifiable to lose letters that have been certified.
That guy !!!! He is not qualified to be a customer service.
His conduct needs to be looked into on a deeper level.

Have received tampered with mail, chewed up and partially opened mail and lastly we were expecting a card from UK during holidays. A strange white envelope with a stamp and our name and address handwritten on it arrived; it has markings from post office on it. We opened the envelope and inside was the greeting card from our friend in UK but no red envelope with UK collectible stamps that they sent to us. In other words, this was obviously an “inside theft”. So disappointing and unlawful.
