Jeanette is amazing. She is so on point. Unfortunately, she had to deal with some condescending and arrogant customers prior to me. I like this Post Office a lot. They are very effective at their job. I'm sure they deal with people all day who treat the Post Office like it is their house, instead of the business that it is. Why would someone allow their children to run around in circles at the Post Office?

The staff is not friendly, pretty rude. I walked with a delivery of flowers to their customer (she has a mail box there), right from the door they screamed "NO! NO! NO! You can throw it in a trash!" in front of whole bunch of people. Can you imagine, I'm a delivery person who is making delivery to a place which their customer is using to receive mail/packages/deliveries. Wow! That was rude, don't you think? And what am I suppose to do in this situation? Do I have to check that it was delivered or not? I'm so confused. Other mail centers where I delivered before accepts flower deliveries.

ZERO customer service for the lady who has been there for at least 20 years. She is mean. She asked me if i have a penny. I offered to come back for that penny and she gave me a look and the index finger as if saying "stop, don't talk." It reminded me of the Seinfeld episode with the soup guy. No talking!

I came to pick up my package at the branch and it was completely torn. I don't understand why in this case you can't just tape the box so that nothing falls out.

Can't believe I'm at the point I'm my life where I'm writing a review for the post office but HOLY SHIT these are the most rude, unhelpful assholes I have EVER dealt with. Come here if you want to get your day ruined by literally anyone on the staff. Just got talked down to bc I said I wanted to "ship" something instead of "mail" and got lectured on the difference, unreal. Apparently i added an extra city as i wanted added address specification and got complete attitude that i needed to learn the right way to address a package before stepping foot in the store. Last time I came in I needed a piece of tape to seal a package, which UPS does with zero issue anytime, and was told it "wasn't a service we offer or that you should ever expect from anyone" and got told I wasn't a paying customer. Lol so bought a roll of tape for 3.99 and while I'm taping it with two pieces of tape the guy literally requests to go on his lunch break to spite me and send me back in line, I'm talking 30-45 seconds of securing taping. It's actually ridiculous how a rude comment is made every single time I go in. So happy to read it isn't just me being treated like shit. Also get called "sir" everytime I come in? Bizarre. Avoid at all costs. UPS is SO friendly and down the street. Wish I could give zero stars.

The purpose of this facility is to send packages yet they do not have tape. They send packages and don't have tape?! Customers even had to share a pen one woman had in her bag. This is mind blowing incompetence.

I come to this post office frequently and only ROMY is the most helpful and does the job right. I mailed out the same letter size several times and Romy gave me the exact amount of stamps needed while other clerks would rather over sell the postage amount then give me the correct price until I had to tell one of them why can't you give me the exact postage amount in stamps?! It's the principal not the $ amount. No one wants to get ripped off, so be aware if they try to have you pay more then you really should. If you get Romy he is the honest one.
