No customer service whatsoever this lady all she did was sit there on her phone I ddnt get greeted even when coming in to see if anyone could give me a price and she could care less. I asked and inquired about a sheet set she said it’s somewhere there lol. A joke

I don't understand how places like this could still be open and what is the point of hiring people that could care less about their business. Went to the plaza to check out rejuvenation and I saw that they had organic sheets walked and I probably could get away taking inventory and literally no one would care to salvage it. I ddnt even know that this lady on the photo was seating there. I approached her to ask about the price of the sheer and this lady said "i don't know it's somwhere there" lol. Then she sat back down and went back to her phone. Hahaha what a joke. I don't understand how people like her could work in a place like this without a care for what they do. At least say a guesstimate on the price but no she's too busy on her phone so she could get paid doing nothing!

We just purchased our dream couch for the basement and living room and couldn’t be more excited that we found a nontoxic all organic couch. Moe helped us through the process and was so pleasant to work with! He was so quick to respond and took care of the big order for us effortlessly. Wonderful customer service! Moe was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was very knowledgeable and if he couldn’t answer a question he was sure to find out for me. I wanted a completely safe, nontoxic sectional for my family and he helped make that happen while being polite and kind through the process. I highly recommend asking for Moe!

We bought our natural futon, bed mattress and our sectional couch from here, as well as some other smaller items like pillows and mattress protectors. We love our products and have not had any major issues with anything so far. Everything was always delivered in a timely manner. Mo is really nice and was always really helpful in picking out the right materials and showing us all the options.It feels good to know that our furniture is contributing to good health and not polluting our indoor environment, while at the same time being stylish and comfortable.

I purchased a floor model queen mattress and frame. I felt itchy on the mattress but since it was a floor model could not return, and kept thinking it is brand new, can't be the mattress. Decided to get a new one and gifted the button shop floor model mattress to a neighbor and he too felt itchy. He unzipped and looked inside, said the latex was damp, there were fibers on bottom part (that was coconut shell fibers, I found out from rep) and: he saw what looked like might be black mold. He put on his gloves and mask and called a friend who helped bring it to our local dumpsite. By the time I heard about this, it was too late because the dump trucks already took the mattress away. Had we taken photos but why would he. I felt so embarrassed on top of that I lost $1499 on that mattress. Something is wrong with this company. Rightfully when I called to let them know what happen, one would think they'd reimburse me or something but I had no pictures. What a very very bad experience and I feel terrible having gifted something that felt itchy.
