It’s odd to tank a pharmacy, but this one has been SO impressive. They have a great text system that reminds me of refills, takes information and payment. Then they ship within a day or two and it shows up at my doorstep. I love the ease it takes to order prescriptions and the great customer service they provide. Highly recommended.

There are hundreds of pharmacies out there and I would advise to go elsewhere. "Pharmacy Manager" Aseile is extremely rude and unprofessional. My medication was called in by my nurse (which is also my co-worker) and they decided to give me 1 60 gram tube instead of 2 30g tubes as specifically stated by the nurse. They stated they spoke to someone in the office (I checked with nurses and no one called and no one approved. We also screen all our calls as all pharmacies do, so she can easily do screen her calls from "7/14"). When I asked for the nurses name that they spoke to all she said was that the message said "SPOKE TO OFFICE". We all know that is incorrect! She said she believes their tech! I mean who says that to a paying customer. All Pharmacies have protocols like ASKING FOR NURSE NAME WHEN CLARIFICATIONS OR CHANGES ARE NEEDED. I don't understand how they couldn't even ask for name (maybe because it's false information). Beware take your money elsewhere!

Having Strive Pharmacy as an option for prescriptions is the BEST! I appreciate getting notifications through text that my order was received and when my order is on it's way. If I have a question, Strive is always receptive when I text them. And the best part is not having to make a trip to my local pharmacy which always has the longest line.

Very satisfied to have been recommended to Strive pharmacy by my highly skilled APRN-C, Dawn M. Aycock. At Strive I could have my hard to find covid medications readily available and thoroughly explained on how to take as prescribed. It was absolutely a joy and a well streamlined process dealing with them.
