Stanley construction did a major project for me about 3 to 4 years ago. Key point is that nothing has broke or needed repair at all. Talk about quality work. Plus, trust me, I am a somewhat difficult customer. I expected everything to be perfect. Plus Stanton was super patience in the planning stage. I greatly appreciated his flexibility and my style of being very detailed to avoid any miscommunication. I would use them again in a second.

Our project with Stanley Construction Inc was hands down the smoothest remodel project we've ever done. The initial meeting with Stanton showed me how prompt, professional and competent he and his team would be and this certainly proved to be true. His pricing was extremely competitive and he was conscientious to perfectly stay within our budget. Our project involved a new bathroom build, a new mudroom/laundry room, remodel of stair set with wrought iron railing, hardwood flooring, fireplace/entertainment center, whole house windows and several La Cantina Doors. Quite a lot of different pieces to the overall project and was well orchestrated by Stanton and his team. At all times professional and prompt. Will definitely be using Stanley Construction Inc. for future projects.

The entire process was smooth, and we appreciate the professionalism and skill demonstrated by such an incredible company. Stanley Construction, Inc. is a 5 star operation. Mr. Stanley's goal is to make his client happy. I have been pleased with his team's major remodel of my 1930 beach cottage, in La Jolla, CA, from beginning to finish. He has transformed my home from an ugly duckling to a gleaming swan. Mr. Stanley's attention to detail, master carpentry skills, and keen sense of humor, set him apart from other major contractors. His skilled team has been hands-on remodeling my home for three months, six days a week, day and night. Mr. Stanley's weekly invoices contain itemized detail of the work performed and the corresponding cost. These invoices include a beneficial summary of work done and work planned. If I have a question about his work or request a change, Mr. Stanley will address it. I feel secure knowing that this major expense in my life is worth every penny.

Great contractor! Trust worthy, with true attention to detail! I am a San Diego interior designer and I have completed multiple projects with Stanton Stanley as the contractor over the last 6 years. He is upfront with his clients, works with quality subs, brings his projects in on time and truly cares about every detail. Since I have had such a good working relationship with Stanton, I have started recommending him to my clients.

Called Stanley to get an estimate on my kitchen. They came out and said they would have me a quote by the end of the day. A week went by, nothing. Called and touched base and was given another promise that never happened. Flaky, look elsewhere!!!

Stanley construction did work at my home in 2020. For the most part everything went well. From day 1 when I got the quote and signed the contract thru the day of installation. After a minor hiccup of them ordering the incorrect windows, I kept the windows when they told me they would reimburse me an amount of the total. I had financed this project so they had to issue me a reimbursement check. The work on my house was done mid November 2020. I didn’t receive my reimbursement until April 2021. 6months later. And this is with me hounding them and making the calls, not them reaching out to explain why it was taking so long. Although I don’t know what took so long, the check I received was a hand written check so not like it needed to take that long. One employee, Sasha, did reach out a few times asking if I had gotten my check so I thank her for that. I also had been promised a gift card of my choice if I referred anyone to them. Within a week or two of my jobs being done I referred them a friend of mine who signed a contract with them For a large job (it was 3 times the amount I paid for my job). Either way, never received a gift card. Every time I’d ask about it seemed like the amount for the gift card would be less and less. The last time I asked about it I never even got a response. Oh well I guess.

His crew is respectful and they got the job done in the time frame promised. We even added 2 bathrooms to the job mid-construction. Couldn't be happier and will look forward to our next project with Stanley Construction.

This is the second time we have worked with Stanley Construction. We had several projects that needed attention. David was are project manager and made sure that all the the jobs we had were completed professionally. Both he and Stanton (the owner) were involved along with various crew members. Everyone was very respectful to us and to our property. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I look forward to working with them in future projects.
