Every time I've been in there, there is little to no line and the staff were courteous and helpful. With the villa La Jolla square usps office closed, this place is a lifesaver. This is on library walk, right across from Giesel's entrance, next to all the bike racks.”
“I was traveling through La Jolla and needed a package delivered, so I set up a mailbox through anytime mailbox. Typically, unbeknownst to me, this service is digital only. However the folks at Postel Annex were able to get me my package for a 5 dollar fee, and were very patient and kind when the package got returned to sender. I don't remember his name but the fella who helped me was very professional and informative! Definitely would recommend to a friend”

“Just got my PO box here again, love this store! You can get so many things done, not just mailing-cut key, dry cleaning, document photos, notary service, postal boxes. It does get busy but Charles with his wife they do amazing job. Been coming to this store since 2014. Moved out of the area but always stop by if nearby. Hands down excellent service and worth coming to. Besides, its conveniently located inside Ralphs store which is open until 1am.”

“I own the business above Mel's Pakmail and he is an awesome man to work with! Always helps me him and his staff to get things shipped and its about the same rate as the post office and gets their quickly! Very friendly guy! He also gives me my mail anytime the mail carrier messes up. I highly recommend his business.”
