The Asian man that seems to be the owner of this places (yeah the only person there that just sits all day) is very disrespectful and rude towards customers. I never take service personal yet this guy really made my blood boil. How do you expect to migrate to a different country, start a business and treat people in such a rude condescending way????? My first thought was that I was being pranked since I couldn’t believe the way he was talking to me. I truly hope he goes out of business soon because he definitely mastered the art of ruining someone’s day.

The man working here is rude. When I tried calling the office, he was very curt, and hung up on me early. When I interacted with him in person, he was not particularly friendly. The customer service is poor.

I went on 1/29, and the guy behind the counter was very rude. I don’t know what his name was, but he was Asian. I thought I was able to drop off something to UPS, but he very rudely told me no and I was confused and asked for clarification as to why I was not able to drop it off there cause the UPS website said it was a shipping store and he very rudely responded with “Do you want to me to say all the reasons cause it’s going to take a long time.” Should have looked at the reviews before I went.

Absolute rude man behind the kiosk who could hardley understand. The man was totally rude, did not care about customer service. Does not want to accept prepaid packages despite drop off sign. Look at the reviews of this location that also is a cleaners? Wouldnt trust anything going out here...

They are a postal annex yet they want nothing to do with mailing of any kind! Very rude - absolutely do not give these guys business - looks to me like a front as their dry cleaning business is also empty. AwfulPeople

Tried calling a couple times with questions and the person who answered was very rushed, rude, and hung up on me twice. Will not be bringing my business here.
