“I bought three phones and the manager heard me saying that I was going to order screen protectors for the phones before we used them. He told me he could give a screen protector dollars each and that I could replace it at any time. I did it and a month later I needed replacement and they said I needed to buy a protection plan which is 18 dollars a month for each phone and then they can do it. Im that's is just awful. Nobody told me that when I bought the screen protector. It's not ok when they sell you stuff without telling you everything you need to buy so it can work. I would not recommend this store since they are not trustworthy .”
“I have bought many computers and other electronics here. I have their TotalTech rewards which gives me great benefits and return policy. Staff are usually very friendly. But definitely clock-in clock-out mentality and won't help is their shift is almost over.”

His customer service skills superseded what was expected, as he even took the time to help me with restoring my iCloud backup from my previous phone. Even though this is not a big AT&T store, the customer service and helpful assistance makes it a 5 star.”
