Very disappointed, I appreciate having a mailing office on campus, but they used to help and print the labels when needed and they stopped!! That’s so frustrating, and I don’t mean to provide it for free, I’m happy to pay $1-$2 to save TIME - needed to go to the library to print, then come and return no longer saves much time from actually going to UPS, so please offer this service for a fee! Couldn’t do my returns as a result ?

Mostly student employees now and they are not professional at all. Their own employees are nice and good. The student employees somehow are not trained at all.

They are incredibly incompetent and made me go in circles just to get a simple package shipped.

Also known as The Trove, this mailing center sells shipping supplies and accepts packages for FedEx, UPS and USPS. Every time I've been in there, there is little to no line and the staff were courteous and helpful. With the villa La Jolla square usps office closed, this place is a lifesaver. This is on library walk, right across from Giesel's entrance, next to all the bike racks.

As a traveler who wants to send a post card to a friend, I was quite surprised when I first saw this place because it looks like a mail sorting factory more than a post office. Fortunately it still provided the mail service I desperately needed. The staff is very friendly. This place doesn't sell post cards, though.

They don't exist right at this moment. It took me almost an hour to figure out they've moved. They didn't have any notice/sign and no one around knew where they were.

I tried to ship a small package internationally, Turned out that I need to go home, fill out a customs form on the website, print it out and bring back to the post office - then they will be able to accept the package.
The clerk told me that USPS doesn't give them paper customs forms any more.

They are quick & convenient, but they are not a post office. They charge an extra surcharge on everything, about 25% more than a regular post office.

I had to fill out the custom forms online, print them out by myself, but they still charge me an extra $10 as "service surcharge". Wow.
