I appreciate living in a neighborhood where we can walk to run some errands and going to Anita for anything related to shipping/ mailing is walking into a friend's business who always greets you warmly and you know you can count on to get the job done on time and well. I had waited for a credit from a return item, and honestly, she jumped in and tackled the problem directly with the customer service agent from the store to make certain I got credited for the item !!!! THANK YOU, Anita for always doing your best and with a smile !!!

great ups store, plenty help, always pleasant and friendly, owner runs a well managed store down to every detail. very impressive and i have been to at least 10 ups stores to do same business with mail box and services. this one is the best of all thanks to the employees and owner!

Anita is our "go to" for all of our mailing and shipping needs. She provides excellent customer service at reasonable prices. We have used her for box rental, shipping sending and receiving, scan services, copies and even shredding service. She is one of the hardest working people we know, and also one of the friendliest. She always has a smile and a kind word.

So Yelp? you did not get this right 10 Fed Ex drops off locations in La Jolla is not correct at all. I have been dropping off Fed Ex packages to La Jolla Mailbox Rentals for over 12 years now. If you look at the window of the shop YELP you can see the FED EX Authorized Dealer Sign. This Place is not only a FED EX Drop off but also UPS and all others when needed. If you are looking to find a FED EX drop off location in the La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Bird Rock areas then go here for FED EX DROP OFF Don't drive all over town. The shop is right next to BEAUMONT'S restaurant on La Jolla Blvd in Bird Rock across the street and down from Bird Rock Coffee as well. Don't be fooled by UPS stores that are placing FED EX in the keyword searches to try and get you to use UPS only lol it's a shame game they play. We natives SDers know the game by now in our small town. Anita is always fair and will tell you what the price will be before shipping it. No games and well worth the time you save by not standing in line at the post office on a Friday :) I have never had a problem with any shipments or my mailbox I use for my business with Anita and La Jolla Mailbox Rentals in over 15 years. So FED Ex drop off with La Jolla Mailbox Rentals and then go get a Bird Rock Coffee or pick up lunch to go from Beaumont's on the way back to work :)

Anita is the best! I travel and she always takes good care of my packages and mail for sometimes over a month! If it's longer I always make sure to give her a good $$$ Tip! You should too :P
