This is where we met Ally Fedorka, who we found to be exceptional in every way. She was an incredible listener, she explained all our options, and she helped us understand the value of her offerings in the most professional way. Accordingly, we not only decided to follow her recommendation and become a customer of yours, but when we left the store, we spent the next 30 minutes talking about how impressed we were with Ally’s professionalism.
Now here we are over a year later, and I contacted your store once again, in hopes Ally was still with you. Due to the loss of my wife, I’ll be traveling out of the county, so I needed to ensure my phone settings were all properly set. The good news for me was Ally was still with your company, and I was again impressed by her in every way. Not only was she incredibly helpful, but she was empathetic as to the loss of my wife, and her professionalism shined through once again.
Lastly, as a past business owner I know the importance of hiring the superstars, and you certainly have one in her. As we all know, any cellular company can put a phone in the hands of a customer, but it takes the truly incredible people to ensure those customers remain customers for years to come. I can assure you, as long as you employ Ally, and people like her, I will not only be a customer of yours, but I’ll be a songbird for your company as well.

“Carlos Cecena was extremely helpful today!! in December. We switched all of our personal and business phones over to T-Mobile. Unfortunately, we had not been able to get any feedback over the last two months about a rebate. I went in today and Carlos was extremely helpful. He stayed on the phone an hour after I left and we had a couple phone calls to get the issue addressed. He was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond, and I just wanted to follow up with gratitude. Thanks, Carlos!!”
“When my girlfriend and I made the switch to T-mobile, we were excited because we were informed that we could trade in our phones and T-mobile would pay off our old device with Verizon. After we received our new phones, we contacted T-mobile and they told us my girlfriend's phone didn't quality for the promotion. We felt duped. After several hours on the phone and being met with extreme reluctance to honor the promotion, my girlfriend went to trade the phones in anyway. Theo from the T-Mobile store in Pacific Beach helped us sort out the confusion regarding the promotions, and also discovered that my girlfriend's phone qualified for the keep and switch promotion. Theo spent considerable time and care resolving this matter for us, and was able to get the rebate department to honor the promotion. Not only were we able get new phones, but we were able to keep the old ones as well and have the remaining bill with Verizon handled. Thank you for your diligence, Theo!”

“Our last phones, S10+, were purchased here in June 2019 and we were in serious need of an upgrade since my husbands phone had already gotten to the point it wouldn't work anymore. After speaking with Haydee we selected the model we wanted. She was informative and explained everything in detail so it was easy for us to understand all the new and improved features and the cost associated with each line item. She also seamlessly transferred all our unique data from each phone to our new ones. We have been with Verizon for decades and have never regretted it. Not once has our Verizon service ever dropped calls. We also purchased Verizon internet while we were there. We have had Spectrum internet for decades without a problem with their service, but what started out at 29.99/month over time of incremental price increases, the latest two months ago, is now 90.99/month. Verizon is way, way cheaper so we switched. Verizon has always there when we needed them and we wouldn't think of using anyone else for our phone service and now internet service.”

“My 81 year old dad has been in the hospital and his phone got stolen. He was lost, confused and has no means to communicate with the outside world. We got him a replacement from Verizon, but it wouldn't activate and just switched to airplane mode. My brother and I spent well over an hour on the phone with Verizon customer service but they couldn't figure it out.
In desperation, I went down to the Verizon store, getting there just 15 minutes before they were due to close for the day. Ronnie and Nadia (hope I got the names right!) were absolutely amazing. Patient, kind, helpful. They were just about to close for the day (I've worked in shops and know the feeling) but were courteous and engaged. Long story short, they took the time to help me, figuring out what the team over the phone couldn't. My dad's new phone is now working. I almost started crying in front of them. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

“I bought three phones and the manager heard me saying that I was going to order screen protectors for the phones before we used them. He told me he could give a screen protector dollars each and that I could replace it at any time. I did it and a month later I needed replacement and they said I needed to buy a protection plan which is 18 dollars a month for each phone and then they can do it. Im that's is just awful. Nobody told me that when I bought the screen protector. It's not ok when they sell you stuff without telling you everything you need to buy so it can work. I would not recommend this store since they are not trustworthy .”
