Really hard to find (it's inside Ralph's) and hours were incorrect (closes at 6pm?) , recommend going a couple minutes up north to the FedEx print and ship center which is it's own store and better hours (and probably better service)

So rude and wouldn’t take my package. Remove this as a authorized shipcenter

Do not use this location. They don’t accept packages hold for pick up and the gentleman was very rude
