“I was very impressed with the selection and especially the staff when we visited on the evening of 6-18-23. We live in another state and I wanted a hat I saw online that was sold out. The staff was able to find me the last one in the store. They even went in the back to see if there was another one in a little better condition, without me even asking. They asked about our visit and were very engaged offering wonderful service. Definitely an asset to the company.”

“Great scented shea butters, oils, jewelry. The Rihanna and Kush butters smelled amazing. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable while showing me around the store. They have a great book and clothing selection that sends great messages. I bought some stickers with quotes from the store. Very easy going atmosphere.”
“If you're visiting Barrio Logan and you don't stop at Casa XoVi you're missing out. I'm down in the area a few times a year and I NEVER MISS IT.The owner is fabulous. Such a wonderful woman and authentic. She cares and will help you get just what you need and what you didn't even realize you needed. Perfect spot for gifts also. The home made delicacies.... I stock up when I'm there.Try it all. You will thank me!I confess that I love the area but a lot of the shops are all selling identical things now and that is why I love Casa XoVi it is still unique.Art, Yummies, decor, gifts, and some of the classic items. Take a basket and let her fill it up and you will have a gift no one will forget.Go early for the best parking. I suggest comfy shoes and park a little ways off as it is more fun walking than fighting for parking. “Such an adorable store located in Seaport Village right next to the fountain. I love the great selection of squishy toys and slime! They also have these really cute animal houses that house 5 little stuffed animals. This is definitely a store worth checking out. “Excellent customer service. I arrived at the store only 20min before the store close and the both attendants were extremely helpful. I had a huge list and they helped me with everything. Some of the items on my list were not available at the store and they ordered online for me and they gave me a tip in order to expedite the delivery. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the attendants, but they were working on Sunday 06/19/22 afternoon and I want to express my sincere gratitude.”

“An old review of this location that said the staff is unhelpful is the absolute opposite from my experience today. They are so helpful and kind. However, I must admit I felt smothered. I will not be going back to Athleta in person because 1. I felt pressured to buy, and 2. four women came up to me within 5 minutes asking if I needed help. I still give 4 stars because they are so attentive and knowledgeable. However, I am an introvert and was very overwhelmed by the constant questioning from all employees. I did not have time to think about what I wanted. I also imagine that due to location they are trying to prevent theft loss. I respect the job they have to do is difficult. I would simply suggest they assign one employee to each customer because I was in a whirlwind of too much confrontation! I personally feel that asking a person more than once every 5 minutes if they need something is overkill.”
