Used Box Brothers of La Jolla to go on site to take down a piece of scientific equipment and ship it to Michigan. They did a fabulous job with communication, price, and the packaging was immaculate - lots of bubble wrap, foam liners, tape, etc. Very well done. Will use again for packing and shipping from Cali.

What a scam of a company, we paid about $300 for $800 insurance and packaging services provided by you. We submitted pictures and quotes of all repairs and you guys almost two months later are just blowing us off. Terrible customer service and dishonest company. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company because I am not a dumb as you think. Since you like to keep the lies rolling, here is both the pictures before it was shipped and our receipt showing you billed us for the insurance. You know claim you want to refund the insurance charges because you are a scammer. Only a scammer would refund insurance charges after the damage was done not before, keep telling yourself your lies maybe it will come true for you one day. Any person can see the before shipment and insurance charges. You can’t claim to void the insurance charges after the package was shipped, we would have gone with a different carrier you liars. Bad customer service and lies on top. The public need to know your games. We provide the proof and you provide excuses and lies sounds about right.

Had to ship my aunt in Florida Mexican artistry pottery. Box brothers was able to crate it and ship for us. Aunt received everything perfectly. Wood crate really helped protect the pottery. Totally worth it.

Amazing company, amazing staff, visited La Jolla, i ended up buying some art pieces from a local gallery and needed them crated and shipped back home to New Jersey. They arrived undamaged and packaged extremely well. Will absolutely use these guys every time !

I needed to ship an Ipad over to my friends in Milan, Italy. I had heard shipping internationally was a hastle, but Box Brothers made it easy. They answered all my questions and went over the details of how the shipping works. My friends got their package with no issues.

They handled our cross-country "white glove" freight shipment of a valued antique bedroom set just perfectly. The receiving moving company said the packing was "beautifully" done. Archer and their lead packer understood the uniqueness of this set and handled it with extreme care. There were cheaper quotes but Archer's hands-on attention to our needs and their overall professionalism was worth it.

Archer and his team at Box Brothers are fantastic. I routinely use them for my business to pack and ship personal property as small as a box of photos to an entire garage worth of stuff that had to be palletized and shipped all the way up the coast. Words can’t even begin to express my gratitude to Archer and his team during a very difficult time for my family and I. Unfortunately we received news that my brother passed away out of state. I reached out to them during the weekend to make arrangements to get my brother’s belongings shipped back to us. Even though it was outside of their normal business hours, I was surprised and both relieved when he contacted me the same day of my inquiry. Alleviating the impact of this stress lasting through the weekend. He and his team facilitated everything from start to finish with care, and empathy throughout it all. Thank you so much, my family and I are so grateful to you all.
