I was very impressed with the selection and especially the staff when we visited on the evening of 6-18-23. We live in another state and I wanted a hat I saw online that was sold out. The staff was able to find me the last one in the store. They even went in the back to see if there was another one in a little better condition, without me even asking. They asked about our visit and were very engaged offering wonderful service. Definitely an asset to the company.

Really cool store, probably the biggest A.N. store I've seen. I love all the colors and the vibe is similar to how I felt about Ocean Pacific (O.P.) which I was growing up in the 80's. Don't get sticker shock, the merchandise is very expensive for what they're selling. Everything is a cotton-poly blend, so we are not talking about expensive fabrics.Expect to pay $183 for a plain sweatshirt with some stripes sewn on it, but those that know it's A.N. will smile knowing the price you paid to be c-o-o-l. CAUTION: if you are getting something as a gift, the return policy is 7 days. I found all the store employees to be knowledgeable and very nice. The store has a very cool vibe, just like the clothing.

Excellent customer service both in store and on-line. Fell in love with this brand when the Venice store opened on Abbot Kinney. Love having one in La Jolla. With few exceptions, the store is staffed with young, friendly people who greet you and ask questions. They have held items for me, given me exceptions to return policies and been accommodating on line with price adjustments and applying rewards with simple email communications.

I love this location! It’s my first stop when I visit San Diego. The staff is well trained! They are professional and super friendly… Good job management! It’s hard to shop at a store when the workers are not friendly and this is why I continue to shop aviator nation. Also the clothing quality is so good! Pricey but worth it! Check it out!

This place is so cute! Ive never heard of this store before but was drawn in by the colourful clothing and decor! I was greeted by nice staff who gave me some background about the brand and how it started. A little out of my price range but such a fun and cute place to visit if you're in the area

This rating is strictly for the horrible customer service! I walked in and not a single person said hello. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Oh and I was wearing an Aviator Nation hoodie and sweats. The people that work there are constantly rude. The owner Paige had better do some ghost shopping and correct the problem quickly or these people are going to ruin it. There's a pattern with the reviews for sure. So unfortunate bc the clothes are so cute.

I recently visited this location in search of a gift for my boyfriend. When I walked in I was immediately introduced to the manager of the store Ragen. She was so nice and made sure to help me throughout my entire visit even though I was so indecisive !
