This was our first time buying a home and our lender throughout the process was Robin Gilmore. I can't say enough positive things about her! She met with us over the phone or Zoom on multiple occasions and was extremely responsive to our thousands of questions. Robin seamlesslycoordinated with all the parties who are part of making a home purchase and kept us informed every step of the way.No questions went ignored or unanswered. We started looking for a home in the San Diego area, in April of 2022. Robin obtained all of our information and had us pre aporoved for a loan in less than 24 hours. Due to the crazy market and trying to sell a home out of state and buy one in California at the same time everything fell through in the fall of 2022. We put our house back on the market in March and sold it immediately. We contacted Robin again and she updated our approval. Within days we found a house to buy and Robin had all of the loan docs completed and to underwriting within a couple of days. She definitley is above and beyond the norm. We will not hesitate to use her again in the future.

I worked with Robin to refinance my house, and it was the best / easiest experience. As a teacher I dislike dealing with refinancing because the underwriting process. Typically the underwriters have an issue with how many months I am paid through the year. Robin helped so much with that and completely understood my frustrations. She worked with the underwriters to get me what I wanted. Lastly, in a time when so much is done virtually, I was happy to go into her office to sign papers. She is genuinely a kind person and makes it so easy to communicate. I would highly recommend her!

Robin was referred to me by a friend and the first time we connected I already had an offer from another lender. She reviewed it and told me it was a better deal than she could give me. Fast forward some time later when we wanted to refinance and Robin was happy to help. My experience with her was excellent. She is a great communicator, professional, responsive, trustworthy and thorough. I would highly recommend her.

Robin was amazing to work with. She was available to hop on a call or text anytime...and we closed in 2 weeks!! It was impressive and I've never heard of such a fast close before. We are in strange real estate times and Robin was honest with me and patient with me as we worked through scenarios of what was possible from a house payment wise to a house purchase price. I would definitely work with her again!

Robin was fast and professional. We were able to obtain our loan without any hassle and were able to close within 10 days of going into escrow. We had multiple meetings where she explained the process and answered all of our questions - some of which were outside of normal business hours, which was very helpful given our schedule. I would recommend her for anyone obtaining a mortgage.

I met Robin 3 years ago. I had my go-to lender at the time, however a colleague of mine encouraged me to give Robin a shot. I have never looked back. She is not only excellent at what she does, her communication style and follow up are outstanding. We have done several deals together and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage!!

We won our dream house because of Robin! We had the best experience with her... It was really hard for us to be first time homebuyers in a red hot seller's market where there is a bidding war on any decent property. It was an uphill battle but Robin made everything easier. She was clearly highly experienced at helping first time home buyers like us, her emails/calls/texts were fast, professional, and full of insights that helped us navigate the loan process and also understand the market better. And of course she got us the best interest rate! :) What I really appreciated was that she didn't just tell us what we need to do now, she also anticipated issues that we might face down the road and clearly communicated what we could do to prepare ahead of time. Because of her skills we were in a very strong position and able to compete with cash buyers. When we made the offer on our dream house, Robin contacted the seller agent multiple times assuring her that our loan was solid and it really helped us secure the deal, and we weren't even the highest bid! Can't say enough good things about Robin...Highly recommend...Not buying any more houses soon but when we do we are coming back 100%...

We were referred to Robin from a relative of ours in the business. She said Robin was the best. She was not lying. Robin was amazing!! From the beginning it was obvious that she knew her stuff. She was patient with us and was completely informative every step of the way, even answering our emails super quick. In the day and age of COVID it is easy to let those things slide, but not Robin. The professionalism was refreshing and the best part was our entire transaction was just 17 days!!! Even the person we bought the house from was impressed with Robin and her work ethic. Robin was quick, responsive and during this crazy competitive market was able to close in 17 days. It made me more qualified buyer because of my ability to close quickly. Robin did a fantastic job in helping me obtain a mortgage with a great rate and quick turnaround time. She worked diligently in guiding me through the entire mortgage process and was quick to answer all my questions. My mortgage was cleared to close in only 8 days from start to finish. Will definitely recommend to friends and would use again in the future.
