Usually I would give them the benefit of the doubt picking up an order 2 days before Christmas but I've had the same HORRIBLE customer service from this lady at the photo counter. She may be a manager, but I hope not! She didn't believe I had an online order because it wasn't under my phone number. Once I explained more than once it was a shipped online order she immediately found it and acted like I caused her SO MUCH grief. As someone who's worked in Customer Service for 15 years, either cheer up or find another profession! I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

Terrible experience here as well. I service this store weekly. I use this store mainly for photo department.I put an order while I was at work and I received a confirmation with time my order will be ready. I get to the store ready to pick up my order and they say It was never received, so I resubmit it and when I asked them if they receive my resubmitted order They say There machine is slow and it could take 20 minutes or up to 3 days. No sense at all. When I arrived an associate was attending to a man and she printed pictures for him. Once she helped him she went on her break, and the person who was "helping me" Came out with that nonesense. As soon as she told me that she leaves and no one is in sight. It seems as if everyone went on their break.

My previous experiences with the pharmacy had been Ok, nothing special. Yesterday I used the drive thru to pick up two prescriptions. The clerk gave me an attitude because she could not hear/understand me. I am on oxygen and can't speak loud. Then the pharmacist shows up to the window and in a rush and short tone of voice tells me the prescription instructions and walks away from the window. Never asked if I had any questions. Her tone of voice appeared she was overwhelmed, tired, and rushed with work. Poor customer care. The clerk didn't return to the window. I took my medicine from the box and drove away. Very poor service received and sorry the two Walgreens employees were having a bad day or dislike their jobs.

Absolutely terrible experience. I needed a thumb brace and searched online, found one on Walgreens.com. Went to the store to purchase and price is significantly different, almost $15. So I asked if they price match prices online, again same store Walgreens.com. She said no I would have to purchase online and do store pickup. Okay, fine. However the site was showing they didn't have any and I couldn't add to my cart. Clearly they had 3 boxes. The cashier was not helpful and after 5 minutes of trying I gave up. I let her ring up my other items and placed an order for a thumb brace on Amazon. No wonder why these stores are going out of business, I don't feel bad knowing what horrible customer service they are giving paying customers. Won't ever step foot in a Walgreens again, buy from Amazon!

I had a prescription pickup scheduled for 8/30. I call on 8/30, it hasn't arrived yet and they say my prescription would be in the next day. It doesn't arrive the next day. So I call again, on 8/31, asking if my prescription will be in on the following day, 9/1. They say yes, it will for sure. They say that while it's on an automatic order, they'll even put in a manual order to make sure that it will 100% be there the next day.I get a voicemail yesterday, 9/2 saying that my prescription is ready for pickup.I arrive at the pharmacy and they say that they don't have my meds yet, even though they sent me a voicemail saying it was ready for pickup. Then, they tell me that the La Mirada store has enough for my prescription - and then they say nevermind, you can only get a partial prescription from La Mirada. And THEN they say I can't get ANY of my meds without a prior authorization from my prescriber (which I already have.)So now I've been waiting almost a week for my prescription. Pretty ridiculous. I wouldn't be as upset had they not told me every single day that it would be in the next day and then tell me that it's here.

I've been using this pharmacy since July of 2016 but lately service has been sub-par. Since December 2021 specifically, medications are delayed without communication even though refills are requested 5 days in advance. The personnel are generally not helpful over the phone or in person anymore. Don't use this pharmacy if you have a chronic condition that requires medication on time.

I just want to give a shout out to the pharmacy dept. at Walgreens. They have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty. It is so refreshing watching a staff generally caring for the well being their patients and customer's prescription needs. This pharmacy dept is so great at what they do!

Avoid Veronica that works at the photo area. She is extremely rude and unprofessional to the customers and her work colleagues. My first encounter with her was about a month ago. We made eye contact when I went up to the photo area to pick up my online orders. She completely ignored me. No greetings, no "Hi, how may I help you?" Nothing. I waited for 5 minutes, then another younger associate came by and helped me. The younger associate couldn't find my orders so she went to Veronica to ask for help. To my surprise, Veronica straight out said no and refused to help the younger associate. In my head, I was like maybe she is having a bad day. I didn't think much of it. But then come today. I came in to pick up my photo orders and Veronica was there. I went up to the photo counter. She saw me and again, completely ignored me. I had to wait a few minutes until another associate came up to help me. I already paid for the photo before dropping by Walgreens to pick them up. But when the associate scanned my orders, the computer system says that I haven't paid. The associate then asked Veronica for help and Veronica said "No" even before the associate finished asking the question in a rude manner. Veronica finally went up to help me since the associate couldn't resolve the issue. I even shown Veronica my bank transactions and my PayPal account stating that I already paid for those photos but she demanded that I paid again. She told me to call my bank to contest those charges if they double charge me. The way she talks to the customers is so condescending and rude. By reading the rest of the reviews on here, it's seems like Veronica is that white middle aged racist lady that works at the photo area. I thought she was just having a bad day during my first encounter but it happened again. I don't want to think she treated me that way because I was Asian but it makes sense now after I read the negative reviews on here.

I'm only giving this business two stars due to them being conveniently close to my house. But every time I come here I always end up waiting HOURS for medication that should be filled in 20-60 minutes. Their phone service is no help. I'll call to check a prescription status and after dealing with a robot for 5 minutes, they proceed to tell me to call back in an hour due them still working on it- this happened for 5 straight hours. So I called right back and asked to speak to a pharmacist. After being connected you can hear the annoyance in the mans voice who then rudely tells me "uh yeah it's been here ready waiting for you." - as if I should have known that. Like this medication was important. It's an antibiotic that needed to be started ASAP for a surgery and to hear that it's been ready waiting for me was upsetting. As soon as I got off the phone, I received a notification that my prescription was ready for pick up. Gee, thanks. Today, I finally had the surgery that I needed to take those antibiotics for. My oral surgeon prescribed me some post op meds and called in my scripts at noon, they weren't ready to be picked up until almost 6 pm! WHY?! There's always a line that takes FOREVER despite how many techs are seen in the back. I understand being short staffed (I work in a hospital that's understaffed) but my god you guys need to do better and be nicer to your customers because y'all just lost one. If you're coming to fill scripts here, I suggest going elsewhere.

I'm reading these horrible racist reviews. I've never had anyone that wasn't completely helpful, especially the pharmacy . Amy is most efficient. That one racist person should know he will be old one day , maybe he was rude to her .

Beware! Racist white lady that works here. She's big and old that has red hair or some sun crap u can't tell. Totally glossed over me when she could of taken a second to do her job instead helps another white person in the photo when she on cash register. Pointing out mine would take 2 seconds and I was ready to go. She went out of her way to leave register where I was at and went all the way to photo area to help him. Waited 10 mins before someone came and helped. I should of said something but didn't cause I didn't think it was that bad. After talking to a few friends. I should not have let it slide and I should of called that racist white lady out. My bad.

Nice staff but don't get your Covid shot here you're going to get Covid before you're able to get it. Maybe go to your doctors? These places are not equipped for this.

I stopped by this store to pick up my FedEx package that was delivered on the previous day, on 6/24/21. The employee who came to help was a female in her 20-30's. She was extremely condescending and had a terrible attitude - the package was not available on-site for some odd reason, and when I asked whether it could be the boxes that were stacked towards the photo station, she said, "You want photo supplies?" I've never seen anyone interact with customers in this type of manner. When I contacted FedEx, the manager informed me that the package was not available at Walgreens because someone from this location gave the package back to a driver who was there for pick-up later in the day. Because of this, I made over 6 calls to FedEx over the weekend and today to find out where my package was. I'm not sure who was this employee that gave the package back to the driver, but this has been a serious waste of my time and an extremely incompetent behavior on Walgreens' employee's behalf that should be noticed by the corporate office. Management, please retrain your staff on basics of customer service and performing their duties correctly so no one else has to experience something like this.

Attention all Covid-19 Vaccine seekers! Do not use Walgreens to book your vaccine. First of all they tell you it's Pfizer, the system books two appointments but when you show up they tell you is the Johnson and Johnson shot and they play d*** and they tell you, this is what the government send us. It may be what the government sent them but that is not what I scheduled. If I scheduled the Pfizer vaccine why would I get anything else with lower efficacy rates? Please use CVS instead, at least they are honest. Walgreens just wants the government funds in my opinion and they are providing false advertising, which is beyond misleading. I drove several miles to this location. I'm handicapped and I can't believe they're doing this. I may probably never buy anything from Walgreens. It's all CVS from now on.

INCOMPETENT PHARMACY STAFF! FEB 1st - Went there with new RX (pain pills), paying cash. I just retired and have no RX insurance. I usually go to CVS but decided to go to Walgreens because of their drive-thru pharmacy (I have difficulty standing). THE PHARMACIST said she couldn't fill it before FEB 7. I took the script with me in case I decided to get it filled somewhere else - but I didn't. FEB 13th - I awoke with a terrible pain in my shoulder this morning, so there I go to fill my RX. NOW THE PHARMACIST said they can't fill a new RX for that many pain pills (60) until I consult with their doctor, or they consult with my doctor?? Aside from the glass partition, the mask, their crappy microphone, and her poor English, all I really understood was "come back Monday". Thank God when I took it to CVS, they filled it. NEVER EVER AGAIN, WALGREENS!!
