Liz was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my concerns and needs and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Gary and Jerry took the time to explain the repair process, and answer all my questions.The collision repair work performed by West Coast Collision Center was outstanding. I was involved in an accident and I was referred to this shop the staff Cristy and Elizabeth and Gary were all super nice and efficient with me going there to get my car repaired. The pricing here is great and Gary is super knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this shop!!!!!!

West Coast Collision is a great shop the staff Cristy and Elizabeth are super knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of and they are super nice and not to mention Gary knows his cars and what is needed they will go above and beyond to get you back in your car as soon possible!!!! I dont know about the two negative reviews. I do know when it takes just a little for someone to complain but it takes great service for someone to go out of their way and compliment them. While I haven't gotten any work done yet.. I have been working with Crissy at the front. I think she mentioned shes been there for 35 years. Extremely personable, caring, kind. Ive never had better help from a service center before. Take some time to talk to her and youll understand. They have plenty of business either way.

West Coast Collision is fantastic! Gary and staff are incredibly responsive and do everything they can to help you! I came to them after my car was hit by another driver and they were thorough, polite, and explained the process clearly. Everything they said might take place regarding insurance claims etc. was accurate! They are certainly very knowledgeable in the business, and I highly highly highly recommend!

We had a horrible experience with west coast collision. A pair of brand new Oakley sunglasses were stolen. Although they were just sunglasses, it is unacceptable for anything to go missing. We called the business to try to make things right and all they said was that they were not responsible for stolen items. I'm glad our dash cam was pre wired to the rear view mirror because now we are taking legal action. All we wanted was honesty. Think twice before leaving anything in the cab of your vehicle before dropping it off for service.
