On 2/7/23 around 11:15 am I went in the branch to handle some business accounts. I asked the teller if I could speak to an investment advisor about potential investments. Some one brings Hui Kim out of a cubicle and he looks at me with a blank stare and say “yes” I asked him if I could make an appointment or get information on investments as I have a large sum on money I would like to invest. He then tells me “well I have a minimum” I put his business card down on the counter and said no thank you.I can’t believe the lack of customer service and tact Hui Kim had. He looked at me as if I didn’t have the money to sit with him. HUGE MISTAKE!I then called the branch to speak to his manager and Hui Kim is an independent contractor so he does not even work for Wells Fargo nor did anyone know who he reported to. Or even what brokerage firm held his license. That is quite alarming that I would have to research who this man reports to if I ever had any issues about my money.I will gladly take my investment money to another entity.

NO NO NOVery big branch, not a lot of customer, but they claim they only have one banker whole morning, you need to wait a long time just to talk to the banker, and manager is not really interest to help at all, not a good idea to bank HERE.The pix shows not busy at all .need to bank somewhere else.

I wanted to thank Daniel Lee for all his help in opening an account. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and he took his time explaining everything in detail. We learned a lot sitting with him and I’m so grateful we met him during our visit this week. We had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend him.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I came to the bank to get money…literally 1 minute after them closed…there is people in line still…in the lobby…i asked for one dollar bills…they told me they can exchange $20 in ones for me…”as a courtesy”…now this is all through the glass…they won’t even open the door…the made me stick the $20 bill through the door slot…then they gave me the ones…meanwhile I have thousand of dollars in that bank…but can get $20…this is not the first time they have let me down…or continue to…I am pulling out all my money Monday…oh so I went next door to the Denny’s and they gave me $100 in ones…no problem…moral of the story…do banking at Denny’s!

They're both bad banks the one on beach and the one on walnut and Whittier. They need training, not nice at all, bad attitude and the one at walnut the banker named Carla can't even talk with her gum chewing. We have to go to another bank for sure.

This bank is absolute trash. They do not care about their customers that is definitely for sure. I have been with Wells Fargo since 2000 and today I have one day off and went to go in to have some things changed on my account and no one can help me. I can't make an appointment because they're all booked then they told me I can wait and somebody came up to me and told me it's gonna be a long time you shouldn't wait. Is it completely unacceptable I cannot believe they treat their customers like this. I would recommend not banking here and I will be pulling all of my accounts.

9am appointment and at 10:10 I'm still waiting ... no one available, no one saying anything. The worst service. I'm looking for a new bank for sure.

Rough experience- 9:00 am appointment- told us to wait until 10. When we approach to ask when we're going to be seen, we were told we would just had to wait because someone else was in front of us

I walked in at 4pm and there are 8 people in line and 2 tellers. Wake up, Wells Far Long Lines, where is the customer service? One Asian bank person hiding and sitting at his desk near the lobby. One Asian guy sitting at his desk behind the tellers chatting away with a Latina bank person. How about help back up your tellers with depositing checks or help count cash. It's called teamwork, people! By the time I left, it was 25 minutes later and 10 people in line. I will be taking my business account elsewhere. They even charge you for depositing cash. It's true...ask. I am done.

I gave a 1 star rating, if I could give 0 I would have!!! I'm not a member there but went in there at the LA Habra branch to see about opening an account and the lady that was in the back in her cubical was not busy, but as soon as she saw my husband walk towards her she got on her phone to make a personal call. She kept her back towards us and finally looked at my husband and basically ignored him! We couldn't get service, so we left. Their loss, not ours!!! So unprofessional!!! If you don't want to answer questions or do your job, then stop working for the bank and sit at home, but don't waste people's time by ignoring them! I will find another bank who wants my business!

Awful! I've been here5 times to see a banker and they never seem to have one- not one available just not one in the building and they are a bank... with no bankers... "make an appointment!" The soonest appointment is in 10 days.... I get Covid and all but come on.
