A horrible branch that will give you the run around and not follow up with you if they do not want to deal with your situation. Also never get your mortgage taken care of by Yoon Chung. Clueless banker.

This is probably the worst branch I have ever been to the manager is a complete mess very Incompetent! Had to go to a different branch just to get checks. Avoid this branch and go somewhere else

Worked security here, 20 years ago. Staff were in their own world. Manager shared a vulgar joke with me. If I didn't appease her, I'd lose my job. Boring as Hell!!!!! Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! Really, Really wish I could give negative stars in this review. There is no customer service at this bank. Only have one banker that works there? Can't even get an appt to open an account for over a week! How ridiculous! Why are you even open and calling yourselves a bank if you don't have bankers, and can't open accounts?

Only one bank teller to service a line of people that wraps around the building. Branch and bank operate on poor customer service--time to change banks.

Opened up a account here again, the other major banks just not as good. This local branch seem friendly enough. Has good parking even for my work truck.

This bank closes at 4:00pm weekdays and closes at 12:00pm on Saturdays. How horrible is that? Besides that, the service is terrible. You have to schedule an appointment to fix you account after one of their bankers sets up your account incorrectly. Should shut down this branch down and put it out of its misery already!!

Horrible. During the crisis we are experiencing you will not find compassion here. I tried depositing money to an account bc I don't have one. They would not allow me to deposit cash into an ill persons account. They said I needed a cashiers check or money order. I would understand but they close in 15 minutes after mAking me wait to speak to someone. The manager didn't care either. Now the person I'm trying to deposit the money too won't receive it for groceries. Everyone's working with each other. Not here. Closing early and not taking care of people. Now I have to figure out how to get this person her money even though SHE HAS AN ACCOUNT HERE!

Use to be a good bank But overs the decade's they got Bad business better off going To a small local bank or a credit union bank . P.s. service here sucks.
