They're both bad banks the one on beach and the one on walnut and Whittier. They need training, not nice at all, bad attitude and the one at walnut the banker named Carla can't even talk with her gum chewing. We have to go to another bank for sure.

This bank is absolute trash. They do not care about their customers that is definitely for sure. I have been with Wells Fargo since 2000 and today I have one day off and went to go in to have some things changed on my account and no one can help me. I can't make an appointment because they're all booked then they told me I can wait and somebody came up to me and told me it's gonna be a long time you shouldn't wait. Is it completely unacceptable I cannot believe they treat their customers like this. I would recommend not banking here and I will be pulling all of my accounts.

9am appointment and at 10:10 I'm still waiting ... no one available, no one saying anything. The worst service. I'm looking for a new bank for sure.

Rough experience- 9:00 am appointment- told us to wait until 10. When we approach to ask when we're going to be seen, we were told we would just had to wait because someone else was in front of us

I walked in at 4pm and there are 8 people in line and 2 tellers. Wake up, Wells Far Long Lines, where is the customer service? One Asian bank person hiding and sitting at his desk near the lobby. One Asian guy sitting at his desk behind the tellers chatting away with a Latina bank person. How about help back up your tellers with depositing checks or help count cash. It's called teamwork, people! By the time I left, it was 25 minutes later and 10 people in line. I will be taking my business account elsewhere. They even charge you for depositing cash. It's true...ask. I am done.

Awful! I've been here5 times to see a banker and they never seem to have one- not one available just not one in the building and they are a bank... with no bankers... "make an appointment!" The soonest appointment is in 10 days.... I get Covid and all but come on.
