nothing exciting, just every day activity. I did notice a lot of drink shelves are kind of empty so sales prices don't really apply, if the sales item shelf is empty.

I went to Rite Aid they didn't have the two prescriptions I needed but I went to Walgreens and they did have it .They do have most medications but the line is so long to get a prescription sometimes there's like 10 15 people online and sometimes you're there almost an hour they need to speed up the pharmacy line it's ridiculous

Store hours say 10pm but they are closed at 6:30 pm. Needed to pick up a picture for work tomorrow & now I have to leave home early to get it before work.

This place always makes you go back. This time it’s my 4th time coming back for the same prescription.. That’s so annoying & yet they don’t seem to realize it. No apologies too

I just have to say how incredibly helpful the pharmacy , the gal actually came out and helped us and explained about the over the counter medicine that was critical for us to be taking we are so appreciative for the time knowledge and helpfulness of this pharmacy, I believe her name is Anna

Woow, she was rude, I asked her twice to help where I can look for the item I was buying, she even didn't answer me one time and second time she check it there....very unprofessional and zero for customer service

Bought a stand bucks gift card from here, it was not loaded with money, I came back and talked with Bri, she said I had to call the card manufacturer and submit a claim for the card to be loaded, what kind of terrible service is this? Why can't you load a new card, it's only $15 bucks, Bri can't take care of customers.

Terrible service! Use Amazon or the La Mirada location instead!The last FOUR times I placed an online order for delivery or pickup, the order was wrong each time despite clear instructions. The first two times, I just decided to live with it. The third time, I had no use for the incorrect item and so came in and after the manager initially argued with me (despite the fact that it was their mistake), she finally substituted another item that was similar and higher cost, and so I was willing to let it go.Since then, I've tried only ordering from the La Mirada location, and they did MUCH, MUCH better, never getting any of my orders incorrect, but today,, we needed something that they didn't have but this location did, and so I tried rolling the dice on them again, and they messed it up yet again, despite clear instructions in what I was willing to accept as substitutes.And I was also left on the phone on hold for over ten minutes before I finally got to talk to that same manager that tried to argue with me but who wouldn't send someone to correct their mistake, instead asking me to take time out of my schedule instead.Terrible customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Usually I would give them the benefit of the doubt picking up an order 2 days before Christmas but I've had the same HORRIBLE customer service from this lady at the photo counter. She may be a manager, but I hope not! She didn't believe I had an online order because it wasn't under my phone number. Once I explained more than once it was a shipped online order she immediately found it and acted like I caused her SO MUCH grief. As someone who's worked in Customer Service for 15 years, either cheer up or find another profession! I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

Terrible experience here as well. I service this store weekly. I use this store mainly for photo department.I put an order while I was at work and I received a confirmation with time my order will be ready. I get to the store ready to pick up my order and they say It was never received, so I resubmit it and when I asked them if they receive my resubmitted order They say There machine is slow and it could take 20 minutes or up to 3 days. No sense at all. When I arrived an associate was attending to a man and she printed pictures for him. Once she helped him she went on her break, and the person who was "helping me" Came out with that nonesense. As soon as she told me that she leaves and no one is in sight. It seems as if everyone went on their break.

My previous experiences with the pharmacy had been Ok, nothing special. Yesterday I used the drive thru to pick up two prescriptions. The clerk gave me an attitude because she could not hear/understand me. I am on oxygen and can't speak loud. Then the pharmacist shows up to the window and in a rush and short tone of voice tells me the prescription instructions and walks away from the window. Never asked if I had any questions. Her tone of voice appeared she was overwhelmed, tired, and rushed with work. Poor customer care. The clerk didn't return to the window. I took my medicine from the box and drove away. Very poor service received and sorry the two Walgreens employees were having a bad day or dislike their jobs.

Absolutely terrible experience. I needed a thumb brace and searched online, found one on Walgreens.com. Went to the store to purchase and price is significantly different, almost $15. So I asked if they price match prices online, again same store Walgreens.com. She said no I would have to purchase online and do store pickup. Okay, fine. However the site was showing they didn't have any and I couldn't add to my cart. Clearly they had 3 boxes. The cashier was not helpful and after 5 minutes of trying I gave up. I let her ring up my other items and placed an order for a thumb brace on Amazon. No wonder why these stores are going out of business, I don't feel bad knowing what horrible customer service they are giving paying customers. Won't ever step foot in a Walgreens again, buy from Amazon!
