I don’t understand why they keep accepting packages when they know they don’t deliver to certain addresses in La Habra. Such an inconvenience to have to pick up packages picked up by USPS.Not to mention the hours are inconvenient for working people.

Online it says that this office has walk-in passport services. We went well within those hours and both ladies working there said that you need an appointment. They said that the website is wrong. If the website is wrong fix it so that this doesn’t happen. Also, the woman that does passports was there, but we didn’t have an appointment. I get it. There were no other patrons there. If there was a line of people waiting for services that’s one thing, but there were no other people. I do t like to make sweeping generalizations about government employees but this was a case where they could have provided good service but they chose not to.Disappointed in this branch when I went on 11-17-23.Also, you cannot enter this location from Imperial. You can only enter from Idaho behind the donut shop.

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issue of lost mail at this post office, which happens approximately 2 to 3 times a year. This is particularly concerning because I have relied on the kindness of my neighbor to deliver my mail on those occasions. However, I fear that the situation could worsen if it falls into the hands of lazy neighbors who may simply discard it. Urgent action is needed to address the lost mail problem and ensure neighbor accountability for a more reliable postal service.Make things worse, often times, they close the office one hour earlier than their office hours. A through audit is required at this office.

Package was sent back to shipper because of a “incomplete address”. They claimed it was an apartment complex but I live in a house. The item was needed for an event that I paid for, to get in and get that item signed by an actor. Horrible service, I don’t know how you get an address wrong like that, they probably didn’t even bother coming to the address and decided to mark it as incomplete

Great service and very kind and helpful employees. Went in there to mail out my passport renewal and the clerk was kind enough to help me check everything was filled out correctly before sending.

The employees who "work" here are so slow I think a sloth could do a better job. Almost every time I go in, there's a long line that takes forever to get through. Plan on a half hour minimum.I really, really didn't want to go in person but my USPS Priority Mail was sitting there idle for 2 weeks. I was told by the worker that she couldn't find it and had me stand aside until a supervisor was available. After roughly 10 minutes, the man came out and told me my package wasn't there but on a container. I inquired as to my next steps and was told that it should arrive in the next few days. I felt as if I was being brushed off and as of another 2 weeks waiting, surprise, no package arrival.I sure hope the USPS worker is enjoying my Vuori workout gear they obviously stole.

I have had several negative experiences with the La Habra Post Office as explained below.1. Once I tried to pay for the services with my debit card, but the post office worker who was helping me told me my card was declined. I knew he was incorrect so I insisted to try again, but it was rejected again, according to him - the screen, however, was blank, giving no indication of that. I asked what was the reason for the decline, but he could offer no explanation. I had sufficient funds, and had successfully used my debit card earlier for other purchases elsewhere on that day. I drove to Wells Fargo to see if there was a problem- the banker confirmed my suspicion that the problem was with the La Habra post office and their device.2. On multiple occasions, 3 times to be exact, the mailman had placed a failed delivery notice in my mailbox at my residence [an apartment complex], advising me that my package was returned to the post office due to the 'fact' that I was not home to sign for it. But the fact was that I was home on those days- clearly, the mailman was simply too lazy to come to my door to deliver the package. It was obviously more convenient for him to falsify the record and inconvenience me, for I had to go to the post office to receive my package.When I complained at the post office later, the employee who talked to me just laughed and said that the mailman was probably tired or lazy! It appears that no one takes these matters seriously, and worse, no one can be held accountable for their bad practices.

I work nights so sometimes I don't make it to drop off packages in the lobby. The city of Whittier where I live seems to have gotten rid of all their outdoor mailboxes so I started dropping them off at the La Habra mailboxes. Now in the past few weeks over 4 packages haven't arrived to their destination!!!Update!!! NOW THERE'S OVER 6 PACKAGES I MAILED FROM YOUR FACILITY THAT DIDN'T ARRIVE TO THE CUSTOMER. YOU HAVE A THEIF OR THEIVES IN YOUR FACILITY!!! GET RID OF THEM!!!

My kids needed passport renewal and used their photo service to take new photos for passports. At the time, it was convenient and only $15 per person. But how it turned out is that both kids got rejected due to photo not meeting the requirements. We waited 8 weeks to get this result and now we need to resubmit the photo and wait for them more. How inconvenient. If you are considering using their photo service, I would suggest reconsidering and just take it at a professional location.

Cannot find package that was delivered to me, per their information, on Sat 01/21/23. Called several times never received a call back. Finally I was told it may have been delivered to a house with a similar number address as mine. He suggested I go and check with them in case they hav3 my package. Didn't like the idea of just randomly knocking on doors in todays world. Why isn't the postman doing that if he delivered incorrectly.

They're fantastic people!! They work great as a team considering now there's a shortage of employees. They have a very positive attitude they're always happy. Morris and Norma are fantastic!! They make everybody feel good and seems like some people are regulars, know them. Very friendly environment. I really enjoy my time when I go there. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful!!

This is the second time the lady covering our normal delivery man decides to cram our mail into the box. Is she upset? Shes on the phone talking to someone each time shes been here. Last time the adds were torn in half. If you hate your job quit, there's thousands of other people that need the job and will appreciate it.

This Post office is just "ok" if you are dropping off pre-paid mail. BUT, if you expect your mail to get to any destination or are expecting any mail or packages, you will be very disappointed. My tracked mail with a gift card never made it out of the office yet the supervisor says all their mail leaves the office daily. I said unless someone steals it. She said "i'm not saying that happens". BUT what she didn't say is "that would not happen". There was a customer in front of me who has lost a lot of money for his business from packages not being delivered but showing they were. Also, 3 to 4 more people behind me waiting to speak with supervisor about issues!! No accountability and very much fragmentation of oversight! I have an investigation started and hope to find the idiot who stole my mail!!

I use this location at least every 2 weeks. With the holidays I go 2-4x a week. Morris is the best! He's fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Norma is also my go to. Kitty is newer, sweet and helpful. I always get out in a timely manner when these people are working. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the kiosk is not working right now. But even with a line of 20 plus at 20 mins until close, I got out in 10 minutes, on a Friday night.
