I called with the mindset that they would be like all the other car dealers and car owners I had been dealing with for months.I called to asked a few questions and every question was answered, no mysteries or games. I worked with Harris and he was very nice, honest, and simply just answered all my questions. It was amazing. Even when I started negotiating he gave me an honest price and it was very easy. “I have been looking a nice preowned car for a while when I came across Cars88. The car was perfect for my family so I decided to make the 2 hour drive to see it on a holiday weekend. The owner George, made a special appointment to see me since I was traveling from so far away despite them being closed that day. He even told me that he would wait for us in case we were late despite having plans with his children that day. We went to see the car and really liked it. He also agreed to take our old car as a trade in. Initially he told us it would take a few days to get the car ready detailed etc. The old owner had also added some shiny molding to the car which was not my style at all. When I asked George about it, he told me it was aftermarket. I explained that I did not like it and he agreed to remove it. Great!! We had agreed to come back the following week to pick up the car. We drove away and about 10 minutes into our return home, George called and said that if we could stay around town for about 2 hours, they could get the car ready same day. That was perfect so we could avoid finding another babysitter for the children and the traffic/drive to get back to the shop. Once the car was ready, it was perfect. They were able to successfully remove the molding and which really made a big difference in the look of the car. They were friendly, honest and kind. They spent their entire day at Cars88 to make sure that we did not have to make another 2 hour drive. I highly recommend Cars88 for any pre-owned vehicles.
