If you plan on going to this ulta watch out for RUDE staff. I was just in there and I was by the benefit section and asked the girl for her advice between 2 products. I can honestly say I've never seen someone care less in my life. She was incredibly rude, barely faced me when speaking to me and quite literally just brushed me off as she continues to lean on the stand. While others were busy gossiping. Safe to say I don't think I will be back

This place is a toy store for women, killer selection, if you need anything in beauty makeup, perfume, hair color...etc, etc...you name it, they got itFast and friendly staff, even when it was super busy, they have many check out clerks, ?

I ran in here like 5 or so 10 minutes before closing to get an exfoliating scrub brush tool and they had it. Customer service was helpful. A good Ulta Beauty location for skin care and makeup essentials.

The store is clean and new… but the staff really are lacking in customer service. I picked up orders two days in a row, and I was not acknowledged by anybody at the register for minutes BOTH times even though I was the only one waiting. I had to walk over and ask someone else for my pick up order and it took them forever to get it to me. It would’ve been faster for me just to buy it in store. It was a big waste of time to purchase online and took away the whole convenience of it all. Also, drive up was not an option. It doesn’t take much effort to acknowledge a customer and say, “I’ll be right with you” or to explain that they don’t know the system yet.

Every time I come here I regret it. I usually only do returns here. I refuse to do business here. The sales people are always huddled together talking. When you ask for help they look at you with attitude, because you interrupted their conversation. They are rude, and there is only cashier. Yesterday I was there and the line was long and only one cashier. There was a girl behind the counter on here phone. I ask if she could help, she said she can’t ring right now. But then rang up an employee who didn’t wanna wait in the long line.

One thing that really upsets me is this store Never answers there phone!!!! Looking for new Elf products, Well you need to drive there and then the product isn't in yet!!! Thus happens all the time!!!

Looking for mens Cologne and no one in sight. They passed by me after a quick glance. Their are zero testers, so good luck finding someone to unlock the testers. After 20 mins or so I just Googled Macy's on my way out. Then as I'm exiting a voice says you need help? in a please don't say yes kind of voice. All other Ultas are so much. better. This la Habra one is terrible.

Do not use their Beauty Bar eyebrow services. I should have done better research for a better, more professional experience. The "eyebrow expert" ripped off my teens skin. We used the same tech for two previous sessions, and this third time was a big fail. My poor child is in pain and embarrassed of the scarring on her face. I would post a picture, but I am respectful of my teens choice not to. Use Caution if you book a service here.
