Great customer service, great workmanship, and a great value. I took my Toyota tundra to get the hood and Tonnele cover painted. I spoke with Ryan and he provided me with a very reasonable estimate for an estimated time of completion. And I picked up my truck a couple of days ago and I am very pleased with the workmanship, my 2011 looks brand new, Ryan and his shop paid attention to detail and got the job done as estimated. Period

I have used Team Thompson several times over the past few years even though they are not close to my home (because I like them so much!) The last time my car was hit while parked, with my children in it. I was so frazzled that I called the shop from the accident scene. They went WAY above and beyond, helping me with the tow truck, rental car reservations, and held my hand every step of the way. After all of that, my car was put back to new quickly. Needless to say, I am a very happy (and loyal) customer. You cannot find that kind of service every day!Service: Body & Trim

Our vehicle was in a head on collision. It was close to being "totaled" but Team Thompson was able to repair it. They worked with our insurance and did a phenomenal job. It looked brand new when finished with all OEM parts. We have used them for a couple other minor dings and dents as well. I have also referred a few friends who have expressed similarly positive experiences. They have been around for decades and know the business. Thank you Team Thompson for the great work! Highly recommended.

I have taken my cars to this shop several times over the past few years for repairs. They are honest and trustworthy, their estimates are accurate and the work is done well and on time. They're great at communication, always friendly, and they go above and beyond like helping me get a rental car when necessary. I will not go anywhere else!

A great place to get your car fixed! Professional, friendly, fair price and they kept me up to speed on the status of my car. Safe, clean environment and wearing face masks! I would recommend everyone needed their car repaired after an accident to use Team Thompson!

I don't know what Team Thompson the other reviews are mentioning -- not my experience in the least. All the reviews from the last week make me suspect someone with a beef trashing a great business. I have used them multiple times and they have aways been great in handling my autobody needs. Their price, service, workmanship, and communication were outstanding. They even finished in LESS time than quoted. I would strongly recommend them and will use them again if I should need their services. Thanks, Jon and Karyn, for your outstanding work and service!
