1/3rd of the gift cards we every try to use at this store never work , there is pretty much 0 customer service here there not trained to do anything but tell you call some number . every thing is now 10-15% + more than any other store in the area. avoid at all cost.

My son had received a gift card from his grandparents for his birthday. When went to pay, the cashier had said there was no money on the card, which there was money because I had the activation receipt. The manager was called and he look up the card and said it was empty. I told him I had the activation receipt and he said he didn't card and it's not the real receipt. He was giving so much attitude, making it seem like we were stealing or lying. I am so tired of Target gift cards always being "empty" do better target.

I was tryna look at the makeup and some girl name Jessica in the makeup department kept following me and looking she needs to be more professional instead of being so damn judgy that's makes you ugly and ain't nobody tryna steal miss girl

Am I missing something here or is this the most logistically stupid layout possible for a store to sell groceries and ice cream "at the back of the store"! Your items are already melted by the time you get to the register only to be blindsided by their typical "one checker". Now you expect me to wait another 20 minutes to check out of your goddamn store? With $30 bucks of ice cream? I had bought a couple bottles of champagne and to avoid the one checker scenario I went to the self check out. Here is where this complete moron lady watched me check every single item in my cart only to tell me that I couldn't check the champagne out there. I thought to myself are you kidding me? There's no goddamn sign telling me I can't? This is the third time that this is happened where I was purchasing more than $30 worth of ice cream only to tell Target to shove it up their ass! This is beyond clueless that an employee can virtually watch a customer check every item in his cart only to tell him on the last two items that the champagne cannot be purchased there?I'm just gonna say it, "I really wish stupidity was painful" because this lady would have been in intensive care at Saint Jude hospital for this little maneuver. Target? More like "Forget" cause I ain't ever buyin' another thing from you ever again.

They NEVER pick up the phone. Not guest services, not electronics. No one ever picks up. I called the Costa Mesa location and they pick up the calls right away. Please have the management of Costa Mesa teach or educate the team at this location on customer service. Please. It is infuriating that people here just don't care. Thank you Costa Mesa team for such wonderful service, I hope you can help this team grow.

OMG spent 20mins sitting waiting for a drive up order. There's only ONE person doing all the drive ups all by himself.. this is a huge target with 20 drive up spots. It's crazy they're not staffing more to accommodate the workload. Instead they let customers wait and waste time. It's not fair for the employee either. He's overworked

I just did a drive up here and man did it take long. I noted on the app that I was on my way, like I do every other location and still waited over 15 minutes when I got there. It didn't seem like it was busy and there were only about 3 other lanes parked in the drive up parking spaces. We were in a hurry, of course, and this stop made us even more late. They were necessities for our baby, but I have them At least a 15-20 minute heads up that we were on our way and still had to wait that long? I think I could've went in and made it out of there sooner. It was quite ridiculous. The guy was nice when he finally came, but yeah I won't be doing drive up pickups at this location. Lesson learned.

They are friendly and helpful, and love curbside pickup. However, staff should be more precise with items as seems they pick "similar" items, but not actual items ordered. Can be very frustrating and disappointing

This review is sort of for corporate, since employees are technically following "company protocol". Employees and their policies vary location from location, even within the same county, so it's a bummer when a Target a few streets over honors clearance 90% off prices when an item rings up as "item not found", all while this Target just charges you the full price, when this item I am asking for help with a price, came from the designated clearance section, and on top of that, has the Target Wondershop HOLIDAY brand- MANY of these items were set out for minimum 50% off clearance price after Christmas day, and the other Target let me know that once an item is scanned/pops up as "not found", it has been clearanced out. No reason for me to fight and make a big deal, but it's just getting annoying now how these things are never set in stone. This is my local Target and I can always run in and grab necessities, so this is my first time dealing with their "holiday clearance/price matching" situation. I really wanted to keep my mouth shut because this is the Target I frequent, but it was not fun being told that I'm going to be charged full price for holiday clearance items that came from their literal clearance section within their store aisles. Also, employees take up all the front row parking so good luck finding parking

Target has everything! I would recommend shopping here for clothes as the quality is good. Food wise- it is probably cheaper in Walmart or other places. Appliances are good when they got good deals! In all, the staff is great, place is always clean and the experience/ambience makes me come back. I always end up leaving Target with more than I wanted to get

I just had the best experience with Jared the store director at the Target La Habra. Originally, I had a store order pickup today to pick up my child's bike and it was missing some parts. Well, Jared apologized for the inconvenience and made it right. That is what you call going above and beyond! I can honestly say, not all Targets are the same. This by far is my favorite location! This store has always had the best customer service and I can see why. There is proper training, everyone is genuinely nice and helpful. I needed a pair of workout pants that were on clearance and a young gentleman walked me to the area and found them! That was very super sweet! Thank you for always making my day here. I'll definitely be coming to this Target location more often. Jared you rock! You're staff is pretty amazing too!

Way to go Jess! Thank you for going out of your way by helping me locate where the hammers were, very small section that I embarrassedly walked by, you had seen me walking around and ask if I needed help, you walked me to the aisle. Thank you for going the extra mile because other employees point and walk away in which that's what a guy did when I asked for help. Thank you Jess.
