Customer service at this location is extremely horrible. They give out false information, I believe they need to be properly trained. Don't understand why they would tell somebody to go in pay $5 to get your phone replaced when you get in there and all they do is show you how to get online and do it on the internet. You could have told me over the phone. Idk about you but time is money for me maybe no for you but I lost on hours of work having to have to go in and deal with these unprofessional individuals. I don't know what happened to this location but no longer my choice of interest

Aaron over here spitting out the right information and facts like Eminem he help out my family and I switch back to T-mobile like a pro (never seen nothing like that before )! Taught us tips on how to save our phone battery life and just how to take care of our phone in general. Bro is about to go pro Aaron is the best.

The guy we spoke to was a complete tool. Just seemed uninterested to do his job. While we were in the middle of our transaction, someone had called him and they spoke on the phone for a couple of minutes while we were on a table in front of him. Seemed like a friend or family member, but definitely didn't sound like work related. You have customers in front of you and you're on the job. Focus!

I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Jesse, the store manager, for his exceptional professionalism and calm demeanor, especially in challenging situations. Jesse demonstrated remarkable composure during my hectic moment, where his assistance proved invaluable. Despite being occupied with other customers, Jesse took the initiative to help me navigate an extremely stressful situation promptly. His calm and composed approach were not only reassuring but also significantly contributed to the resolution of the matter. Jesse's professionalism, kindness, and understanding were evident throughout our interaction. Moreover, Jesse went above and beyond by facilitating communication with Assurant (Tmobile 360 insurance), effectively mitigating the situation. His ability to maintain a cool and collected demeanor, coupled with his genuine willingness to assist, made a lasting positive impression. In light of Jesse's exemplary performance and unwavering dedication to his responsibilities, I believe he deserves recognition. You report them to the manager; Hoa; and he disregards what you've experienced by saying, "he's the nicest guy."Management can't even be neutral.I will never go back to this location.They are blatantly racist, collectively.

do not bring your phone here!!!! my old phone was working fine and as soon as i tried to activate the new one and transfer the data they locked us out of the phone and erased it! they said if we bought their iCloud backup this would not have happened. i know a scam when i see one.

Came in for a kids watch, Nikolo I believe his name was very kind, patient and funny. Unfortunately they had sold the watch before niko waited for the safe to open but as a customer , the associate was very accumulating and offered to find another t mobile with the watch.

Two times I have gone to this location to file a claim on two phones and I have always been told I "need" to complete it online or call a number and when I'm doing either/or it tells me I can also do it at the store. Idk what is going on that they don't want to work. Before I would go in to this exact store and had a great experience and now their customer service is going down the drain.

I went in wanting a new phone. I don't know anything about technology and my tech was Aaron. This guy was incredibly patient and was able to answer all of my questions in a way I could understand. We had a long wait while the new phone paired and he even went the extra mile to make small talk and did what he could to make me comfortable while I wait. All T-Mobile techs could learn something from Aaron!

I had an outstanding seamless experience thanks to the incredible assistance provided by Johnathan at this store location.
