Joselyn (I believe that was her name) at the printing service was so amazing and helpful! She helped us figure out how to print our wedding paper goods and even helped us save money by recommending the Staples app coupons. The prints also turned our wonderful and super high quality. Highly recommend!

Great caring people work here. I've purchased chair, pens, etcs and so many other things for over 4 years. I just wish Printing service department has pick up lockers so I don't have to wait to pick up important docs when I have appointment to be at and I want to be early looking professional. This is the only upgrade that I would recommend which so many other loyal customers will appreciate saving us time especially if we've paid already online and all we need to do is to pick up and go... Amazon locker has code system so can Staple install their own locker system for people who already paid? Other than this improvement, people working here are diligent hard working amazing people. Thank you for your hard work!

Mike was excellent with his customer service. I was waiting in the printing and computer line. All employees at the counter were helping other customers Mike came up to ask if I needed any assistance. I had a fax or email that needed to be sent. Mike suggested email would be more efficient and cost-effective. He was very patient with me as I was emailing court documents to my attorney. Mike was pleasant and informative as well as helpful. He calmed my nerves . Mikes customer service was beyond exceptional. All employees there were attentive to the customers they had. Thank you Staples for your excellent customer service and especially Mike on January 9 at 5:15 PM.

I needed to get a copy of a document, so I ended up visiting the self-serve area. About half the printers were unavailable. The line wasn't very long, and the second time I returned, there was no wait. Unfortunately, they don't take cash nor Apple Pay. You'll need a physical card to pay, and it comes out to 25 cents for one page with tax. However, it will initially charge you $5. The employee said something about a cash card, but didn't really explain it further. I guess a prepaid gift card could work, too. Thankfully, it didn't take me long to return with my card or else I would've been ennervated. I guess if you have the documents accessible with Internet, you could order it online first. It's also open a little later than most local libraries, so that is a slight advantage.

Joselyn is the best. She literally walked me through getting my design the right size and format so that the quality Can be good. I've never really designed in my life but she went as far as suggesting an app and helping me kindly. You don't see this customer service anymore. She went above and beyond. Not the extra mile but the extra 10 miles. I went 3 days In a Row until I finally got it the right size and format. She always had a smile and was happy to help me out. I printed about 200 tickets for an event and she got me to format them in sheets and they didn't charge extra crazy for the cut. I definitely got my moneys worth. The value she brings to the table was not worth the $40 bucks I paid. She bring so much more value to the table and saved me about $500 by her advice (knowledge in her field). But her customer service gets 10 stars. Go see her for any printing needs.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Employees and manager (Believe managers name was Paul) went above and beyond expectations! They were very helpful, answers all my questions and were able to provide me with the necessary information I needed with the products I purchased. AND also priced matched items! Defiantly will continue coming here, not just because the store is clean and organized, but because of thier execptional services, including the print center!

I really was surprised that the Mexican restaurant had everything and anything that you could ever imagine and a lot more.
Myself and my mama enjoy it until the very last bite the coffee and food and severes was unbearable and worth every red cent that we paid and they don't have room for wheelchairs.

We went into this location with an issue with a piece of a desk we bought there. Cesar was at the customer service desk and he went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. He provided numerous options for solutions and was able to entirely resolve our problem. Absolutely amazing customer service.
