My Girlfriend and I have been wanting to go here since 2020, but every time we are in the area they are already closed. Although, this time around we were intentional and knew that we had to make it a reality. Finally after fighting through an hour of traffic, we made it 30 minutes before they closed. Just that 30 minutes was everything we could have hoped for and more.
The shop is warm and inviting, the brands and items they pick to sell is of high quality; everything is so aesthetically pleasing. Some of the brands the shop carries are Snowpeak, Kinto, Barebones etc.
The highlight of the shop has to be the owner. Kai was welcoming and knowledgeable of each individual product; within just that 30 minutes of being in the store we had a good sense that he really cares about the shop and each individual customer that walks into the front door.
Just be careful when you walk in because you would want to purchase the entire store!
If you have been contemplating on checking out this store or have never heard of it before, I highly recommend checking it out! Even if you have to fight your way through traffic; it is worth it! ?

Great shop with lots of home, clothing, and camping gear! I wanted to buy almost everything here. Very well curated and you really feel like you can't go wrong with any of these because someone else has already done the hard research of what is the best there is.

You will find hard to find camping gears here. Owner is really friendly. I can spend easy 1-2 hrs at the store

I always try and stop by when I'm visiting the area! SISU is an amazing homegoods, apparel and camping/outdoors shop that specializes in a lot of high quality brands that you would not find in typical retail stores. Their inventory tends to rotate with seasonality and everything feels curated with thought! The owners (Kai and Michelle) are wonderful, kind and patient with answering questions and giving suggestions or additional information about a specific product.You can find a wide variety of Snow Peak, Engineered Garments, Nanamica, Matador, SOTO, Kinto, Salt + Stone, Porter, Topo products. I feel giddy every time I step in and have always left with something. Definitely a must if you are visiting or traveling through La Habra!

A store that carries companies that I have admired from a far, but never actually seen in person?! Want to see some cool camping gear, home goods, candles, etc that you'll never see at any other stores? Sisu is place for you. Companies such as Snow Peak, Field Notes, North Face, Stanley can be found here, and the prices are pretty good as well. The store is well kept, and aesthetically pleasing. There is something for everyone here, and even some hidden treasures that you never knew you wanted/needed in your life.

Kai - the owner, is super friendly and knowledgable! Throughout my visit, he gave suggestions for a lot of the products I was browsing and even showed me some of the most recent (but not displayed yet) shipment.I felt like a kid in a candy shop that had to take his time looking through everything because there is a lot!! Items range from mostly camping/outdoor gear, to homegoods (candles, incenses, coffee books, decorations), apparel to bags. I love love love the selection of brands that you can find here (Porter, Engineered Garment, Snow Peak, Topo, Matador) that you wouldn't be able to see at most traditional store. Prices are competitively priced at retail and in the back corner you can even find the massively discounted sale section.You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in finding the best high quality items that are for the most part, imported from Japan. If you're into any of these items, definitely stop by!

This store has everything you would need for outdoor and travel adventures and more! I love the way they thoughtfully curated an impeccable roster of quality brands in a small store tucked away in a strip mall along Harbor Blvd. in Fullerton: Snow Peak, Northface, Primus, Fjallraven and Filson, among others. I took a peek at this store after Sunday brunch, and I ended up buying a Japanese-made Toyo tool box, which perfectly housed my Bonsai tools! The proprietor Kai was so super-friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and offering his suggestions. He explained to us what the Finnish word "sisu" meant. "Sisu" is more of a personal philosophy: a strength of will, determination and perseverance in the face of adversity. We will definitely be back here! I am so glad that we have a gem of a store such as this in our neighborhood!

This is one of those stores where you walk in and literally want to buy everything. So well-curated, a nice mix of clothing, gear, home/office goods, all in a beautiful setting that is intimate and easy to browse. A hidden gem for sure, worth going out of your way for.

This store has all the equipment you'll ever need to explore the great outdoors. They have camping equipment, biking equipment, all outdoor clothes accessories and so much more. The staff is knowledgeable, patient with our questions and friendly. This is a must see location.

All kinds of backpacking and camping goodies along with threads to go with it. I personally like Snow Peak for my backpacking cups, utensils and and eyeing the portable fire pit.

This place has all the stuff I love: man bags and camp stuff cool cloths. They have topo designs and a great selection of stuff and the staff is real nice. They have the brands I love like filson and what not and I will love buying this stuff in person than just online where I cant hold it or try it. Got to support local shops!
