Great prices, great customer service. Very helpful and quick service. Beautiful, fresh flowers. The owner (Melinda) is one of the most sweetest, most hardworking ladies I’ve seen. If there were more stars I would give more.

So I went in to get flowers for my girlfriends birthday. I ordered the"prettyplease" deluxe set. But i feel like i got the standard. I showed them the picture on their website, and when i got the flowers, it they looked nothing like the picture. I don't expect it to be an exact copy, but at least make it similar. I also asked if she could make it pink since it was her favorite color. I feel like I got taken advantage of. I had to pay 55 dollars and still go to the store to buy extra roses. The lady that made it only saw the picture i showed her. it was the pictureof the standard set, not the deluxe. I think she went off what she saw. She started right away. The other lady took my order, but I don't think she told her it was supposed to be a deluxe. Because it looks very standard to me.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this florist, and I cannot stress enough how much I would advise anyone in need of floral services to seek alternatives. The customer service I received was abysmal. My boyfriend had arranged for a surprise flower delivery, and unfortunately for me, Sharar's was the contracted florist used by Proflowers. They claimed to have made a delivery on a Friday afternoon when there were several people at home, yet we received no flowers. And if they were delivered, they must have delivered to the wrong house. On the following day, a Saturday, they tried again, and a family member eventually received the flowers. However, the delivery driver had the audacity to interrogate our family member as if we should have known what happened to the flowers from the previous day. When our family member honestly explained that we had not received any delivery the day before, the driver accused her of lying. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is inexcusable. In light of this experience, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere for your floral needs. This florist's lack of customer service and professionalism is simply unacceptable.

I contacted this shop last minute the week of my grandma's funeral service since the original florist completely flaked. Melinda I believe her name is, was friendly and helpful and provided quick response with a quote and example of what I would be receiving. The shop provided two beautiful bouquets that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this shop for Amy occasion.

The lovely woman who works here created a beautiful arrangement for me. I picked up a wooden box, told her some succulents would be nice and boy did she deliver! The hostess that I presented them to was overjoyed when she saw the box of beauties. The price was reasonable to expected for the quality. Such a great experience!

I ordered flowers as a thank you. I ordered through Blooms Today. They sent my order with a birthday balloon. I emailed them pictures. No response. The card was written showing my gratitude. Not sure how they could mess this up. Very embarrassing for me and their business. I have posted all over my bad review.
