Lousy workers & no one ever wants to answer the phone. What a horrible management team they have here. This is basically just like Walmart... Just canceled my membership, and bought one at Costco simply for this reason.

My go to place for everything. I don't go to any regular grocery anymore as Sams club has everything I need. Love the scan to go option, never get in line even in cafe.

As a frequent customer, I have changed tires several times, but when I request rotation and basic future services after replacement, their attitude is completely different from when I purchased a new tire. Even though I made a reservation a week in advance, I have had several experiences where they told me to go to another store with strange excuses. It's an absurd place, completely different from the new and later free services. I hope everyone will take note. In the end, it was a waste of time and a basic waste of time and money by going to another store. There was nothing wrong with the primary bolt. The reason Sams gave an excuse was different from the truth.

Why do they have such a small oven? What are they thinking, can someone tell them the demand for pizza is high. Do they really not have the funds to get another small oven or a bigger one?

Absolutely terrible experience with the windshield repair service called Series Auto Events at the Sam's gas station! Their repair service on my windshield was poorly done and ended up cracking all the way to an unrepairable condition. When I contacted them to follow up on their "lifetime warranty", they only offered to refund the intial repair cost and call it a day. Now, I have to spend hundreds of dollars to replace my windshield. Their workmanship is very poor, and they do not stand behind their service. Sams club has not been helpful at all either. They said that the company is a third-party service and that they do not have any control or responsibility.

Tire Store.Went in to ask for tire replacement after a tire malfunction on Saturday Jan 13th.After wasting my time the store employee with Arabic Language Tattoo's on his arm suggests I can come back 4 days later on Thursday as they're too busy.Really? Given this smarts I don't know if I would trust them to change my tires.All's well that ends well.

This place where the product display is well organized and the staff is always friendly. A place to buy with confidence.In particular, the deluxe pizza is very cheap and the ingredients are fresh.Hot dog sets are also on the market, so you can eat them for less than $2.The sushi rolls are also affordable, enough for 3-4 people.The quality of the meat is also good, so when you're hungry, the whole chicken in the oven ㅋㅋㅋ

Visited the Optometrist and Optical department. Very professional and gained our families business and highly recommend. Take your time and stop to talk to Aaron. I had problems with my progressive lenses that a crafter of lenses (Whittier & 1st) made. After several times of complaints and no corrections, treated rudely. I gave up. Then, we find Aaron at Sam's Club. He found the mistake and could not believe how they made that big of mistake. Aaron took care of me and with new frames and lenses it came out $300 cheaper then the other shop, and made correctly! I think management needs to get Aaron a cape ♂️.

Enjoy the scan and go, it make shipping faster, and you can skip the line. Plus, it keeps a running total if your cart.Wish more places did this.

I would like to thank the Sam’s Club greeter Johnda for literally having my back. She politely told me that I had a huge rip on the back of my dress. My husband ran and got me a sweatshirt to wrap around me. Thank you again for having my back.
