I have been coming to this place for last 25 yrs with my 2 lexus and my husband's Toyota Avalone.I received excellent service and reasonable price.Alex is very honest and sincere in telling exact problem and exactly what needs to be done.I am very thankful to him for this as I have minimal knowledge about car mechanics

This review is for Auto Body work with Alex. We shopped several body shops and my wife found Rose Auto Repair to have the best price. I went in and spoke with Alex, and he broke down all our options. It's a smaller shop (not a big name shop) so I was a little hesitant. With everything Alex promised it seemed like a great deal. Any doubts I had, Alex assured me he'd keep his word, and to trust him. Today we picked up our Toyota Sienna, and I can confidently say Alex came through with all his promises and honestly even more than he promised. I'll definitely be bringing all my cars here from now on. Key points - some mechanics may take advantage of a female customer thinking they don't know much about cars, but Alex was straightforward from beginning (dealing with my wife) all the way to the end. Genuine- he took time to explain thing he didn't have to. We spoke several time out side work hours. Bottom line.. he used time he didn't have to, to give better service. You can tell by the way he showed us how to do things, he took extra steps to explain.. you can tell he genuinely wanted to help. Pricing/value - hands down the best price to work. We got out front number replaced and had dents removed. Body work and paint looks superb!! and they replaced a few other items (hood latch, flood lights, bumper frame) everything looks new

I have been a customer for 15+ years. Alex is the best. We all hate when we have unexpected costs arise like fixing a car. It makes it a lot easier when you know your mechanic is a great mechanic, gets the work done when he tells you it will be done and at a good price. Most importantly for me is I trust him. Wow really rude people here I get it you guys "know stuff" we non mechanics don't know but c'mon learn how to talk to people that are trying to figure out the problem and how to spend their money wisely. Won't be coming here or recommending for any services just based on phone conversation.

We started going here since it is close to home and they were cheaper then going to a dealer. It's always busy here and they have a lot of return customers. The dealer was going to charge $250 to clean the fuel injectors. I knew this was a rip off, so I called Rose Auto and was told to just put injecting cleaner in the tank with 91 octane, no need to physically clean them. It's great when a repair shop helps you out and doesn't do unnecessary work on the customers dime. ? I will be coming back when repairs are beyond my expertise. Just know they are a busy shop. A lot of folks like me trust them with their vehicles.
