I absolutely love this shop. I am a local in La Habra. I've tried many spots to get my car serviced. I come here regularly for my oil change. Never had any issues. The staff has always been very responsive and thorough. If you're looking for a reliable auto shop. You won't be disappointed. Fast service & inexpensive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Took my wife's car and my car to Purrfect today for oil change. The manager, Eddie, was very cordial and immediately honored the coupon price. His crew handled the service very quickly. I've gone to the same place for oil changes and service for 40 years, but as of today, I have a new destination for oil changes and service.

I went in for an oil change very last minute it was about 5pm right before they closed, Eddie was such great assistance with his amazing customer service, the value from the oil change was worth it with his customer service towards me and the other customers there, definitely going back! I would definitely recommend to family and friends

This smog center will try to scam you. Had a mechanic named Wayne who ripped parts of my engine hoses out during a smog test. He will try to negotiate $1,500 - $2,500 to get most of the work done in their shop that will let it "probably" pass. The back lot is full of a bunch of non working cars, take it as a sign.

I took my car in to Purrfect Auto to repair an oil leak and slight engine misfiring. I was charged $1000 for the "completed" repairs and brought the car home. The car has the exact same problems now that it is home and the mechanics won't fix it without charging me more money.So, if you want to spend $1000 to have your car NOT be repaired, take it to Purrfect Auto, La Habra.

I received a coupon in the mail for oil change for $11.99. I called and of course they are OUT OF STOCK of THAT TYPE of synthetic oil but DO HAVE the kind that'll cost $39.99 instead. Full of it! False advertising. This happened last time at the La Habra location too. So I called the Whittier one and was taken care of properly BUT they are quite a ways into Whittier so I guess I'll just look for an HONEST place in La Habra.

I called afternoon before and was told to come next day. I drove there as directed next day because I had a coupon from them for a good price on a smog check. When I arrived I was told they weren't doing smog checks that day and to come back tomorrow. I explained that I had been told that the day before and the owner could have cared less! The place was a jumble of cars on cinder blocks and hoods open. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I believe the coupon for a cheap smog is a scam to get customers in for other work to be do. I would like to see him lose his State license to be a Star smog processor.

What a waste of time... 1st the only guy that knows how to use the smog machine is running 45 minutes late then after another 30 minutes of waiting they tell me their smog machine isn't working and they don't know why! Save yourself the headache and go down the street to La habra smog I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Went to take my car for an oil change. They told me it would be done in an hour and a half. I came back after an hour and a half and they said "we tried calling you" but they had the wrong number written down. Then the guy acts like he's mad at me that he tried calling and I didn't pick up. He then says they couldn't even do the oil change because I had an oil leak and that I need to get another $1700 worth of work done. Work that I've already had done recently. Horrible attitude and tried ripping me off. Stay away from the cheap oil change bait.

Came here for smog check with their coupon in hand. Bryant greeted me with a friendly smile and explained the extra SUV and certificate fees, which was no problem because it was stated on the coupon. I had my credit card ready with all my paperwork, but said he didn't need that yet, but asked for my car keys. He opened the office door and gave them to a mechanic, but didn't return to the office, so instead of staying in the waiting room I decided to enjoy the fresh air just outside the office. I sat 30 feet from the door in plain site and watched the mechanic move my car and lift the hood. 15 minutes later I am signaled to come into the office. Frank, who I learned later is the owner, tells me that they have done no work yet, because I "disappeared" and couldn't find me, and needed me to sign the paperwork. I said that I assumed my part was done since there had been no further communication and no one called me in, even though I was always available. He then rudely told me that I did everything wrong from the start when I drove in the wrong entrance. I did enter the parking lot from Cypress Ave., and parked in the rear, as the front parking spaces on Whittier Blvd. appeared to be full. There is no sign anywhere indicating that Cypress was not an entrance. I didn't appreciate the ridicule, and wondered why this conversation was necessary. He printed the paperwork and I signed the forms as requested. The service was completed in short order and I signed and paid for the work. I appologized for any confusion on my part, and then drove home. I reviewed the paperwork and discovered that I had not been given the coupon price, so I drove back immediately, and asked Frank for an adjustment. He stated that would be impossible and that I should have presented that to him when the paperwork was being done. I said I had presented it to Bryant when I came in at the time of ordering the service, as per the instructions on the advertisement. Yes, absolutely, I should have reviewed the invoice before signing, but Frank's total unwillingness to take care of his customer and find a solution was inexcusable. I do not understand how a company can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on advertising to bring customers to their business, only to waste it all with such poor customer service skills. Kudos to Bryant who, at least had empathy for my situation and said he would call corporate, but in the end I received no follow up.

So I take my car in for a front brake pad replacement to Un-purrfect auto. Also my front wheels felt wobbly when braking. So I figured with pad replacemenot and having rotors turned would help the problem. The wobbly problem still existed so I took it back for a check-up. Well the gentleman behind the counter went into a bunch of whys. He stated that I had the cheap pads installed. That's why it's wobbly. Now if it had this problem before why would the new pads affect it. They are good there not backing up their service. They talk to you like you dont know anything. Have gone there many times but never again.

Took my car to get an oil change. They stuggled to get the filter housing off and ended up breaking it off and required a replacement. Fine not too bad, understandable. Then got home and found a my car was leaking oil. Brought it back and they told me they damaged the oil pan and I had to replace it. They quoted me 1400 even though they were the ones to break it. Ended up going to another mechanic to fix it. The other mechanic fixed it for 75 dollars. Won't be going back here
