I wish I would have seen the reviews before I went to this location. Horrible service, horrible employee attitudes and hidden fees. There is only one employee on the premises so wait times are long. Avoid this location and go somewhere else!

I just want to to mention how tremendously helpful and professional the employees are that work here. Especially Amanda, who went out of her way to help me with a propane issue I was having with a special tank that I wouldn't have been able to swap out at any of the local stores. She saved the day for me and this wasn't the first time the staff went out of their way when my back was against the wall. Thank you Amanda and La Habra U-Haul!! You guys rock!!

Horrible customer service. Propane refills are almost impossible, but if you don't mind waiting 30-45 minutes, you can get a tank refilled. I think this business would be better off not even having a propane service.

Service was fast and super easy. Have always gone to Home Depot for trailer rentals but NEVER again. I love the ease of this place. I don't remember the name of the young man who helped me but he was such a delight. He was kind and so helpful. I picked up the trailer Thursday March 9th at 10am. Contract #78882743

Scam Artists in place... Basically we rented a small 10' truck for couple pieces of furniture. The rules of return were clear: 1. 45miles 2. Fill up the tank Our total trip was around ~ 40-41 miles and we did fill up the tank right at the return location in front of the person accepting the return. Why do we see $50 change on card ???

These people who work here are absolutely rude and trashy. We had a reservation and FAILED to tell us that we needed a major credit card in order to reserve a date and time. I had already given my debit card info ONLINE and reserved my time via online the day before and gave all my debit card information. It accepted my request and everything. UHaul is absolutely the worst.

Horrible Service! booked my rental roughly 4 weeks away from my move day from anaheim location and 2 days before, they required me to pick up the rental from this La Habra location. This added time and distance for the rental than originally planned for. I rented the truck for 6 hours and 335 minutes and I was charged for 2 days. YUP 2 DAYS RENTAL FEE FOR 6 HRS. not only that, the manager Sila is extremely rude in person. would not even make eye contact when i was 5 minutes late for my return. I paid 150% more than my original quote because the location was changed adding time to pick up and drop off, miles were added and was charged a 2nd day for being 5 minutes late.

Their propane is always broken or the employees don't know how to use it. When I have no other choice I come here but they also close their propane an hour before their business hours.

Although I've only had to use them twice, thankfully.... both times they have been very helpful, professional, and I've gotten the service and moving trailer that worked best for me. No complaints. It does take a few minutes to fill out the paperwork, but they are trusting you with their equipment, so it makes sense. Prices are reasonable for trailer rentals. Mainly just wanted to give them a shout-out! Again, no complaints... easy peasy. CHEERS!!

They have good service BUT unfortunately they put a sneezing employee at work today... seems like she's not feeling well. This is scary considering all this viruses still very much around.

I had such a great experience with this U-haul location. This is my second time getting a truck from this spot and it is always smooth. I have never needed to reserve a truck in advance but recommend doing that if you have to have one specific size. I do recommend at least getting a 20 foot truck so it will have the ramp to make loading so much easier. Previously, I had friends help me but this year I learned how you can hire helps through the U-Haul website. I drove the truck but I had helpers with me to load & unload my stuff and wow it made moving so much easier! When you need to refill your gas berri brothers at harbor & whittier Blvd to fill up the truck before you return it.

This is not a very nice place. I needed to get some propane and I met this young man name Alex who had the worst attitude I've experienced. He has a chip on her shoulder a mile wide. I'm 65 years old I've worked for the fire service for over 39 years and I've never experienced such disrespect for elders in my life. Never again.

I went into this location the other day and a Girl named Destiny greeted me, she was great! Very friendly and even with how busy she was she never made me feel as though I was bothering her when I had a few questions. I went to another Uhaul and didn't have a great experience so I went to this location in hopes there would be better service. Glad I decided to go here! Thank you, Destiny. You really made my move stress free! I appreciate it

Although they don't even deserve one star, but as a default you have to a Lear choose one star. I made the mistake of scheduling a tow hutch for my pick up at LA HABRA UHAUL ,give them deposit over the phone and the lady who helped me told me she'd would email me my recipes which would include my deposit and also the breakdowns of my order as well as the confirmation for my Trailor Hitch(a month wait!). Anyhow, I didn't get the receipt and I called them all week long and no one would answer the phones?? I even called Another local Uhaul and told them I was trying to get a hold of La Habra. When I would call, the voice message would say that there was a 10-15 minutes wait, no problem I would wait and at the 15 minutes mark, the line would be disconnected, I gone through this all week long. Finally I had no choice but to email the corporate, than I got a call back from some lady at La Habra. I told her all I wanted was my confirmation email and I made sure that she had my email correct. Sure enough a day goes by and no email again! I emailed the same corporate email again, and the person was talking about a "refund", you see just how confused and out of their mains they all are at Ihaul. As they say an apple don't fall far from the the tree, the people at La Habra were and are clueless because their headquarters are even more Clueless. Now, I am actually having second thoughts wheather or not o should trust them to install a tow hitch. They have waited over a week of my time and not only that, they have given me so much Stress, honestly. If you value your time, money, and specially your health, STAY AWAY FROM LA HABRA U-HAUL!!!
