Prior to my experience at Matt's shop, I have taken my Honda Accord to Walmart for oil changes and the dealership for other repairs. I will never return to those dark days again after experiencing the top-notch service and work quality at Precision H & A Automotive.
I brought my car in at 8AM sharp; Matt was able to immediately diagnose the problem and get to work on it. The rear brakes on my Honda Accord had been grinding loudly for the past few days, and Matt could tell that it was a metal on metal situation. He was a friendly and great conversationalist, so the two hours I spent waiting passed by rather quickly.
A few of Matt's customers drifted in and out of the shop, greeting him warmly by name; each time Matt answered the phone, I could tell that he was talking to loyal customers who, like myself moving forward, only brought their car to Matt. He also entertained my questions and showed me what he was doing each step of the way, reassuring me of his years of expertise.
He looked over the engine bay, tested the oil, and sprayed WD-40 to deter rats and make the engine bay quite shiny. He went above and beyond the services of the brake job, so now he'll have my business for the next couple of years this Honda lasts. I've never met as honest a mechanic as Matt, and I'm so happy that he's a fixture in La Habra.

I started going to this shop before it became Matt's shop. Matt has continued with the tradition of the previous owner of being fair and honest mechanic. You can find other competent mechanics but Matt is someone you can trust to be honest with you. That's a rarity nowadays.
I would recommend Matt to everyone and that's why I take all my business to him for over 25 yrs.
