“I love this Sam's, or Sam's club overall. Why you ask?? Well because they have self check outs and also the app that makes it so much easier to just grab your items and go. If you haven't got the app go get it! Plus they have the sushi place inside the club and they have delicious fresh rolls. The employees are really nice and on top of it, helping you if you are looking for a certain item and also their returns are so quick, but there are huge lines at times, that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars but overall great store. oooh the deli I forgot to say they also work with the app, so you can just order ahead and the food is ready and also have items on the side so you can grab and pay”
“Called over the phone for some tires for my mini Cooper. Was surprise with how professional and kind the person was. They immediately took my car in and was able to have everything fixed and completed in just a span of about 2 hours. Highly recommend coming here for tires nothing really compares to their warranty as well as their service Great job.”

“Price was $4.85 when I went, but the lines were minimal for a Thursday after 5 p.m. which I'm not used to. Most times the lines are insane to get gas at a Sam's club, but this location is kind of hidden. Definitely worth it for the lack of a wait.”

“There was a young lady who really made my day at the pharmacy, Jazzmine. I was in super pain and when she found out that I was paying cash for my prescriptions she gave me a tip to look up coupons online. The bill went from almost $100 to $18. She noticed that my birthday was approaching and she wished me a happy birthday. Walmart, please recognize her because only an employee like her can make a huge corporation seem intimate and personal. Thanks Jazzmine!!!”

“Needed a new battery. Sam’s Club was the least expensive for a quality battery. Nice and knowledgeable employees. There was no one at the desk, so we waited for someone to appear. It took a long time. When it was our turn, the employee was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He checked our old battery and showed us the options they had for a new one.
They told us that it would take 90 minutes, so we went to the food court. Our new battery was installed within 30 minutes. We were so happy.
While we were finishing the paperwork, I noticed that they also install windshield wipers, free. So, the tech came out to my vehicle with us and installed the windshield wipers I had recently purchased.
Before he finished, he looked at my tires. The radials were showing through on the front. This scared me. I so appreciate the efficiency of the employee who helped us.
I just wish they had an employee working at the check-in desk.”
“Nick was the only employee I saw. He was at the counter checking people out. He was extremely busy with several customers at the same time. Every customer on "self checkout" machines needed his assistance as well as ones in line at his counter. He was so helpful, patient, and kind. Offered to come around counter and help the older woman in front of me in line to put her heavy item in her walker basket for her. I am embarrassed thst I did not offer to help her. He Kept track of all the customers and treated everybody well, and greeted all new customers coming in door. I was so pleasantly surprised. I was dropping off a UPS package. Even though so busy, he added a little more tape to secure it better and he texted the receipt to me.”

“I went to Rite Aid they didn't have the two prescriptions I needed but I went to Walgreens and they did have it .They do have most medications but the line is so long to get a prescription sometimes there's like 10 15 people online and sometimes you're there almost an hour they need to speed up the pharmacy line it's ridiculous”
