I'd rate below zero stars. Total ghetto dump in guadaLaHabra. Don't leave your car for a second. They have scammed up with Star Night Towing in Fullerton to collect as many cars as possible at over $500 a pop to recover your car. I was there for less than 5 minutes, flashers on, delivery sign in windshield, not in a fire zone or anyone's reserved parking spot. No visible signs right next to the side entrance gate where I momentarily stopped to drop off a pizza delivery and honestly thought my car was stolen because of the ghetto area, but a resident saw me with my food delivery bag and already knew what happened without even witnessing it. She said if you're looking for your car, "They probably towed it. That's what they do around here." The management authorizes this and I'm sure gets a cut. But delivery driver cars!!! C'mon, people trying to serve your tenants and make a living. Can't get much lower than that. And THERES NOWHERE FOR DELIVERERS TO PARK TEMPORARILY FOR DROP OFFS! Last time I'll ever deliver to that property and the tow truck drivers f**ck up the front end of your car scraping it on an angle like it was a plastic toy. I was there probably 4 minutes to walk about 25 feet, take the delivery pic and walk back. I hope karma returns the favor to these unscrupulous businesses in full force. Don't live here, visit here, deliverer here and DON'T EVER PARK HERE. THIEVES!!!

Palmcourt is the best there is! Clean pool! Apartments are beautiful outside and in! And the landlord maraid is awesome! Very friendly and easy to work with!!

I love living here ! The complex is kept up,clean, and very quiet. The manager Mairead is super friendly, efficient and definitely on top of things. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment

I lived here and let me tell you, I have never in all my life witnessed a more shady, sneaky, and unprofessional person running that place ever. The property manager Kelly and my experience living at these apartments were horrendous. She lied to us, she stole our things when we were moving, she is very nosy, and did and said things I never had a landlord say and do in all my life. I should have reported it... but I lived and I learned. Palm Court Apartments are very clean, very quiet, and I enjoyed being there other than the fact we had to deal with Kelly daily. It's a very very small apartment complex so you will see everyone and you will have to deal with the manager daily so please be advised if Kelly still works there to run the other way. The parking situation is a nightmare and it's very hard to leave the complex because it's a busy street and you can't see coming out so it's dangerous. Both mine and boyfriend's truck were towed and we lived there.
