Very helpful. I was shipping a large box and wanted to find a box which would have costed me $25-$30 but they helped me find a cheaper solution using shipping bags and bubble wrapping it very well. She packed is very neatly and well. They ended up saving me $20 bucks or more for that I am grateful. Will definitely come back here again thank you!!!!!!!

I did a large painting for an out of state client, and we both initially had no clue what the shipping would be. I went to PakMail, where Leandra showed me all options for shipping, which was way more than I thought, so I called the client and she was nice enough to walk us both through all options while on speaker phone - that was great to alleviate me as the middle man. She also said for future large scale pieces, I can send her the dimensions, and she'll email a formal shipping document w/options directly to the client, which will again alleviate me from that part of the transaction, and only deal with the art aspect. Much appreciated, it was a learning experience, and Leandra went above and beyond.

The best customer service. Had some printing And faxing services needed. On top of that, I had other questions regarding shipping etc. The lady there was so friendly and helpful. I was a little stressed out and frustrated prior to my visit because my printer gave up on me but the lady had such a positive vibe she changed my mood around. so glad I found this place for all my future needs.
